I have been using this stuff as my "night cream" before I go to bed & I love it. It absorbs nicely and leaves skin feeling velvety soft and hydrated. The only thing I don't like is the way it is dispensed. A glass dropper would be better than the plastic thing it comes with. I would be more inclined to buy the Essano version because theirs come with the little dropper which I find easier to use. I did try to use it as a full face treatment for acne scars, but because I have oily skin, it made me break out quite badly. But is perfect to use around the eyes for fine lines

Tips: Use daily, morning & night
Thanks to the great things I'd heard about rose hip oil on here, I bought some a few months ago. I was super lucky to get this from the beauty vault, as my previous bottle of rose hip oil had run out.
I like the bottle that this comes in - instead of a pipette to dispense the product, you have a little cap on the bottle that dispenses a few drops of the oil at a time. I personally really like this as it means less risk of getting too much. The cap is pretty accurate and I haven't ever had a rose hip explosion happen from it ;)
Like my other brand of rose hip oil, this is really gold in colour and smells like oil and roses. That probably doesn't sound very pleasant but it's actually a really nice, earthy scent.
My skin absorbs this easily and I like to put it on about 20 minutes before I go to bed. I let it absorb for around ten minutes and then apply moisturiser over that (I have really dry skin). Since using rose hip oil my red cheeks have become less noticeable and my skin feels really silky and firm. I also like to use a little of this on my lashes to nourish them, and I also apply it on my under eye area before putting eye cream there, to nourish the skin.
I totally recommend this - you really only need a few drops of it at a time, so this bottle is going to last me ages. I've been using it daily since I got it and haven't even used 1/3 of the bottle. I love rose hip oil and very much recommend it to anyone, regardless of what their skin type is!
Because of the high quality of the oil and the size of the bottle, I definitely think you're getting a lot of product for your money. The bottle may appear small in person but as you only use a little at a time you're getting heaps.
After hearing such good comments about Rosehip oil I was dying to try it. I was lucky enough to snap up a bottle from the BR vault. The oil comes in a small 25ml bottle which is a great size to take away but I was worried that it would be used up quickly. That is not the case as a little oil goes a long way. I only need a few drops to cover my whole face. The lid that dispenses the product is a little annoying, you need to give it a good shake onto your hand to get the oil out but it means that you only get a few drops at a time which is good because that is all that you need. The smell of the product is not pleasant but I wouldn't say it's bad either and it is a subtle scent so it's not to overpowering. I have massaged a few drops into my skin on my face every morning and night for the past few weeks. I have oily skin and am very prone to breakouts so I was very scared of putting oil on my face at the beginning however I have found that I actually have less breakouts now. My acne scars are starting to fade and my overall skin tone is becoming much more even. The oil absorbs in to my skin really quickly and has left my skin feeling much more hydrated and softer and it gets rid of any dry patches. This is one of my newest holy grail products which I think that everyone should try.
I nabbed some of this in the vault with the intention of using it on my expanding bump and have been using it for the past few weeks on everything.
Once I got over the smell - I was expecting rose and got old chip packet - I've been obsessed. How have I not tried this before.
It makes my tummy so nice and smooth, and unlike bio oil where it felt like I was using half the bottle each time, a little goes a long way. It absorbs rapidly (again unlike bio oil) so is perfect for applying before bed time or before wearing clothes and not wanting to feel sticky.
The drop cap prevents excess from coming out really well so there's no waste and I can tell it will last a while even with me slathering it over everything like I've found the elixir of life. Come to think of it that's not far from the truth.
I've always been hard on my hands, I'm very sensual and hands on in general and I extended this to my work when I was a chef (this means lots of burns and cuts hehe). I also have a slight, ok full on, hand washing obsession and don't use hand cream as much as I really should. I have noticed a real improvement in them just from rubbing the excess in after application, my hands feel supple and the skin appears plumper and less old lady-esque, my cuticles are in great shape too.
I've also been using a little of the excess (seriously it's amazing how far this goes) on my lips and they feel great too.
The only reason I haven't given this full marks is because I'm waiting to see if any stretch marks develop. I definitely think that whether or not you get them ultimately comes down to luck though so perhaps this isn't fair. Oh well I'm pregnant I'm allowed to be hormonal and blame a product for things that are out of it's control.
Tips: Don't be put off by the small size it really does go far. Try it!
Rosehip Oil', 'Wow, wow, wow. I have read so much about Rosehip Oil since joing BR and I love it. I was lucky enough to nab some from The Vault. I like the packaging, nice and bright, solid packaging with good instructions and information. I like the small bottle (that goes a loooooong way). I really like the dispenser as only a small amount of the lovely oil goodness comes out at a time. If it wasn't for the wonderful stopper in place, I would have an oil crisis all over the place! I am not sure about the scent (just can't put my finger on it) but it is not bad enough for me to discontinue. So many other benefits. The oil absorbs easily. I put it on before bed and I am trying to put it on each morning as well. Since using the Rosehip oil, I have noticed scarring on my chin has faded and redness around the bridge of my nose (rosacea) has lessened. Got to be a good thing! When applying, I feel like I am putting goodness on to my face. I concentrate on my eye area as well and no problems there. I can be sensitive around the eyes sometimes and is fine. I am going to continue to use Rosehip oil and seeing a difference to my skin in a short time, I look forward to seeing what happens in 6 months 'Definitely give this a go and small amount goes a long way.
Tips: Definitely give Rosehip oil a go and a little does go a long way.
The size of this product works well for me, I've been using it on my face daily for about a month and a half and I estimate I've gone through about a fourth of the bottle. It smells a bit like cod liver oil but I've gotten used to it. I use 4 drops for my face as with less I find it really hard to spread it around. Rubbing it between my hands for a bit to warm it up also helps. I try to rub it in to my face with upward motions, it feels oily like I've used too much but it skins in within about 5 mins and my skin feels warm, supple and soft. I haven't noticed much scar repair, but maybe a very slight fading in redness. I've used it on stretch marks too and after a long while some of them have pink and look more faded than the rest. It will probably take a long, long time to fade them all, but I know it works. I definitely recommend it.
Tips: Using it in it's original bottle with the stopper cap was quite difficult and it often dripped down the sides, so I transferred it to another bottle with a dropper. Works much better for me.
I recently discovered rose-hip oil and after finishing my first bottle (which was a different brand) I decided to give this one a go as it is super affordable. I use this on my face morning and night but love how multipurpose it is and have read great things about its scar reducing qualities which I am yet to test out.
I'm not a huge fan of the scent of rose-hip but have become used to it and don't mind considering how fantastic this makes my skin look. I have dry sensitive skin and this does wonders for preventing my dry patches that randomly appear on my face. In my experience it has really brightened up my complexion, dull skin be gone! The only thing I don't like about this particular brand of rose-hip oil is the bottle. The dispenser is a bit hit and miss and messy to use but I simply transferred the product to my old bottle which has a dropper (which I find makes it far easier to dispense a controlled amount of product, mess free). For the price and results this is a must have for me and something I would recommend to all you want soft, youthful healthy looking skin.
Tips: Be careful with the dispenser as it can be messy.
I absolutely love rose hip oil and to be honest, most brands are exactly the same as they are generally all 100% rosehip oil. What makes each brand stand out to me is the packaging and this one wasn't the best.
I found that because this bottle didn't have a suction dropper but instead the more typical essential oil kind of packaging it was really hard to get out. Because of this I tend to use it mainly on my arms so i can give it a good tap against the skin. If you're all about using just a little at a time then this would be a great product for you but if you like to have more control and be able to dispense the amount you require each time i'd go for one with a dropper,
The oil itself is amazing, as I said its 100 % Rosehip so hard to go wrong. I apply this on any areas of dry skin or places which have scarring and it very quickly moisturises these areas and with use over a longer period clearly minimises scarring,
I love Rosehip oil now and don't think I could go without it. This should be a staple in every girl beauty routine.
Tips: Pick this up if you're after a cheaper version of the trilogy product and aren't fussy about packaging - they're exactly the same.
I've been using this with micro needling / Derma roller to reduce stretch marks, so far the thickness has reduced and the redness is fading - could be either of both products there though . But my skin has become amazingly soft using this product so I started using it on my neck and chest and shoulders too .
My skin is so soft and looking really even , I sometimes react with psoriasis with some products but this one is fine , no reactions .
I also like the bottle , it had a pouring control on it so only a little comes out at a time which is awesome as you need only the smallest amount of this product .
Tips: With the stopper in , tilt the bottle upside down and the top to the palm of your hands , this stops it dripping down the side and controls how much is dispersed.
Thus product has worked wonders on my dark areas of face which was brought on by pregnancy but unfortunately because I have naturally oily skin it made my skin break out. But other than that this is a fantastic product
