My love affair with Tony Moly started in here. I hadn't heard of it before. Off I went to the land of internet to buy.
The packaging is super cute! It looks like a real apple. You could put a few in your fruit bowl! I reuse all my Tony Moly containers. A appletox one is on my dresser with my diamonds sitting hidden inside. I doubt a burglar would wanna grab a plastic apple.
The lid twists off at the middle of the jar. Inside is a protective lid to prevent spills. Inside is this golden honey looking gel cream. At first I wondered if it was for the face.
The fragrance of this is ah maaaaa zing!!! It's like a real apple. Now your thinking, yes I've smelled apple fragrances before... Well if I was to cut a apple up and open the lid off this, place under your nose with your eyes closed, I bet you couldn't tell which was which. It's totally fresh and fruity and you can almost smell the crunch.
The actual product isn't a normal cream, it's more like a gel. You don't need much at all. Apply on clean skin and your skin will love you. I have sensitive skin and this calms it down. It melts into the skin. It makes your skin feel silky smooth. Run your finger over your face now. It may very feel feel smooth and soft, imagine this on it now, imagine it feeling softer and smoother than a babies bottom, cause this is what happens. It's that amazing!
This leaves my skin feeling hydrated all day easily. Even though it is a face cream, I use on the tops of my hands, and mix in with a doctors formula cream and put on my body when my skin feels really dry.
I honestly can not recommend this little apple of goodness enough. Just go buy some and try for yourself
I first came across Tony Moly via memebox, when they shipped here. Initially what drew me to the products was the packaging - TM are known for their super cute and interesting packaging and this is no exception.
Housed in an adorable plastic red Apple, the appletox honey cream has been a godsend for my dry skin. You open this up by unscrewing the top of the apple. There is a safety seal and a small applicator which allows you to scoop the product, which is ideal if you want to keep it hygienic from your fingers.
The honey cream is a hybrid between a gel and a regular cream. It smells exactly like fresh, crushed apples and makes you want to eat it. The scent isn't at all fake or overpowering although it is noticeable. If you don't like the smell of apples then keep away from this.
The cream is a honey yellow and blends into your skin with no fuss. It leaves your dehydrated skin feeling and looking supple, hydrated and fresh. There is no sticky residue and your skin feels absolutely nourished.
I love the cream and I love the packaging. You can reuse the packaging as a cute storage container once you have finished with this.
This is a. Definite must have for my dry skin and then ext time I make a Korean order this is the first thing I will repurchase. It's my favourite TM product and one I don't want to be without.
