I love the packaging. comes in a tube package with a rose gold finished lid and a matte tube with the colour of the tube being the colour of the product.
It has a a sponge angled applicator which stays fixed to the tube. Kind of like a combo of doe foot and lip gloss but as said fixed to the tube on a slant making it easy to apply.
It comes out quite wet and sets dry. So it's a wet to dry matte look. I love the effect it has and it feels so smooth on. It has good stay power and doesn't bleed out but it doesn't hurt to use a lip pencil liner aswell. It has a scent aswell not anything pungent. A delicate smell. It makes me feel luxurious when using it and I get complement when wearing it. It doesn't dry out the lips at all. I'm going to buy more. I recently brought my tube for $12 brand new from a friend in the USA who will now get me products. Stoked.
The Too Faced Melted Liquid Lipstick is one of my top favourite lip products this year! I have the shade Melted Peony, it's like a beautiful dusty medium pink and I love that it's suitable for everyday wear in any kind of environments eg: the office.
Everything, from the packaging to the liquid lipstick itself is made beautifully. Melted Liquid Lipstick comes packaged in a tube style with a sponge tip, the application was easy, smooth and it applies the product evenly. The sponge tip is really easy to work around with, especially lining my lip lines.
Melted Peony is super pigmented, it has a semi-matte finish that last up to four hours wear on me. The liquid lipstick doesn't fully dry to a matte, it just leaves a glossy finish; but at the same time it doesn't smudge nor bleeds during wear.
Oh I almost forget, the Melted liquid lipstick doesn't have any scent to it, I think those who are sensitive to flavour lip products would love this!
Tips: The consistency is creamy, it doesn't moisturized my lips during wear, nor does it dry out my lips. On days that I forgot to exfoliate and apply lip balms before hand, Melted Peony would only last two hours max then my lips would starts to crack and feels very dry. So if you have dry lips, it's better to exfoliate and apply lip balms before you apply Melted liquid lipstick!
