New Love!

I love a neutral look, so this little palette is right up my alley! :) I purchased this more recently of beauty bay and have been using it regularly since it arrived.

This palette rocks three larger base shades which are Heaven (a matte cream), Silk Teddy (a pale frost pink) and Nudie (a light matte brown) as well as six smaller sized more vibrant shades which are Cashmere Bunny (a slightly darker than nudie matte brown), Push-up (a shimmery bronze), Honey Pot (an amazing metallic gold), Sexspresso (dark matte brown), Erotica (a cool toned dark brown with gold micro-glitter) and lastly Chocolate martini (a warm toned dark brown with gold micro-glitter).

Firstly, lets take a minute to appreciate the cute names of these shadows and the gorgeously designed tin....ohhhh so pretty. Too Faced really hits the mark for me with their packaging...always gorgeous. As all of the too faced small palette's do, this comes with a small lookbook attached inside the lid, in front of a small mirror (great for beginners and a little inspiration when needed). The sturdy tin packaging makes this palette ideal for travel as well as the clumsy among us :P

The shadows in this palette on the whole have great pigmentation (a couple of the shades are amazingly pigmented and a couple not as amazing but still decent (these are mostly the lighter shades, so to be expected really)). I find they have a great texture, blend out on the lid well and stay looking lovely all day (although I have only worn with a primer so far).

I am so glad I purchased this palette, the shades are truly lovely...Push up and honey pot are probably my favourites so pigmented and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this palette to all, it is well worth the price I paid for it and I will surely be repurchasing it when it is finished :)

Tips: Use a primer to get longer wear and even better pigmentation from the shadows.

Hahaha what a compliment! Thanks so much :) Yeah to be honest most of the shades in this are similar to shades in the chocolate bar palette so probably not "needed" when you have that one...I'm just a bit obsessed with eyeshadow palettes (obviously)

Oh man you could write a review about a stick and make me want to go buy it hahaha. This sounds so beautiful - is this in any way similar to the Chocolate Bar palette? I really want this but am worried about them being too similar.

perfect nudes

I am a big Too Faced fan and I absolutely adore this little palette. I had a bit of a clean out of all my old products and products I didn’t use very often and for some silly reason I put this away and then months maybe a year later I went back through the box of put away ‘things’ and I fell in love with this palette all over again.

The packaging is cute in cardboard with a small ribbon you pull up to open the lid. When you open the lid you are greeted by 9 gorgeous colours 3 lighter colours for the lashes to brow bone then 6 neutral colours. I love how this has 3 looks ‘day’ ‘night’ and ‘classic’ inside the lid there are 3 cards you can pull out and it tells you on each card how to create the look with the colours, it is so simple and the perfect way to learn if you are new to eyeshadows.

The ‘day’ look is almost all matte eyeshadows the cream base then a caramel colour and a darker brown colour. The ‘classic’ is very metallic and has a peachy toned base with a reddy copper and then a purple brown. The ‘fashion’ is the most metallic and shimmery of the 3 look and has quite a tan coloured base then a caramel brown and a red brown.

I’ve used all the colours a fair bit but generally go for the more shimmery colours, just because they look so pretty and the shimmery particles are teeny tiny which I love I’m not a fan of the ‘heavier’ looking particles.

The formula is creamy and smooth, all the colours are very pigmented and blend easily. There is no fallout when you apply it, which I love about this product. Aint nobody got time for fallout!

I don’t use a primer underneath and I can get a good 6 hours out of each wear. There is minimal colour fade during the day and it doesn’t shift. Overall it’s a great wee palette that I won’t be putting away anytime soon, with perfect nude and neutral colours.

IN LOVE <3

I just recently got introduced to Too Faced shadows, and they are hands-down my favorite. This palette has a great mix of shadows, with 3 or 4 matte colors and a good mix of shimmers and satin-looking finishes as well. Each row of shadows go together into one 'look'. The palette comes with 3 different cards to instruct girls newer to eyeshadow how to make each group of colors work together - everything from a casual 'day' look to a more out-there 'fashion' ensemble. The shadows themselves all have amazing pigmentation, little to no fallout, and blend together extremely smooth and buttery. The formula of Too Faced shadows is the best I've seen - similar to The Balm, for reference. Packaging is also awesome - since this is a cardboard lightweight palette (not to make it sound flimsy at all - it holds up to usual wear and tear with no problems at all) it can survive a drop to the bathroom floor without shattering the shadows inside, which is something that definitely useful to butter-fingers like me!!

Perfect!

I adore this pallet, this was the first Too Faced product I'd bought and I was really impressed! The colours are beautiful and really pigmented - a little goes a long way. If you try to pack the colours on you do get a little bit of fll out but that's to be expected. The shadows are long wearing and easy to blend, the packaging is gorgeous in a hard cased tin!

Tips: The pallet comes with a little book suggesting different colour combinations and its a winner!

Too Faced Natural Eyes Neutral Eye Shadow Collecti

This is a perfect natural/nude shadow set. Doesnt crease, very pigmented and so buttery. I found they just glide on and last all day. The kit is self is beautiful and is such a pretty wee piece to fit anyones collection. I paid $35 online and was well worth the price, I will be looking forward to buying the others in this line.

Favourite eyeshadow palette

This gorgeous palette comes in a little metal/tin case and is so easy to travel with! It's thin and light, and feels like great quality. the packaging and design is really lovely. I love the colours in this palette, there are some light colours for the day time as well as darker for the night time if you prefer, easy to take on the run if you need to change your makeup slightly after work :) all the colours work perfectly together and would suit any skin tone as they are such natural colours. Amazing pigmentation in every colour, so creamy and buttery, making it super easy to apply and blend. There is a wide variety of looks up can do with this palette :) a great price and definitley a necessity in all makeup collections!

Tips: You can use your fingertip/ a slightly wet eyeshadow brush to pat on the lighter/ shimmery colours for more colour pay off :)

Staple Eyeshadow Palette

This is a basic yet pretty eyeshadow palette. It has all you need for daytime looks, nighttime or even special occasions. The neutral colour scheme will suit any skin tone and is great for makeup newbies.

The metal packaging is beautiful and very sturdy. It has a built-in mirror so it's great for travel.

It doesn't come with any applicators, which is expected from these mid-range makeup brands.

The colour payoff is excellent, you don't need to use much product. It blends very well and doesn't feel chalky.

The base colours are a good size, however the accent colours were smaller than I expected.

Overall a reliable everyday palette.

Tips: Using an eyeshadow primer will aid application and help your makeup last longer.

Apply eyeshadow with a small brush and then blend with a fluffy brush once all colour placement is complete. If you try to blend while applying, it may end up looking muddy.

Try a matte look and then add a touch of sparkle to the centre of your eyelid to add dimension.

Beautiful :)

I ordered this palette months ago and it is definitely my go-to! It is good for a night out or even just a simple natural look. The colours are so subtle if you need them to be but can also bring out your eyes. I loooove these colours so much and any other palettes from too faced <3

Too Faced Natural Eyes Palette

I just bought this off of Beauty Bay, and I am already in love with it. The colours are incredible, and I can tell that they'll all mix together really well no matter what combination you use. This is the perfect neutral yet feminine palette for every day use. My only complaints are the size of the shadows: the three main ones are a decent size but the other six are quite small.

Also, the packaging is very pretty and the tin is sturdy, but the interior plastic feels a bit loose.

Tips: The shadows are quite pigmented, but you should use a wet brush to get more oomph for night time looks; it's definitely a palette suited for day time.
