I bought this top coat after a recommendation by a friend, and I think I've finally found a great top coat! As advertised, this top coat dries very quickly (not in a "snap", but maybe completely dry in 20 minutes? Not bad!) which is important for me, as I hate waiting around for my nails to dry! Application is also very smooth, giving your nails a really nice looking finish! I also find that it is highly chip-resistant, lasting for a week and a half on the more unused nails (pinky etc).

For me one of the reasons I don't paint my nails too often is because I don't like waiting for my nails to dry. I like this top coat helps the polish to dry within a reasonable amount of time. I think if you paint thinner layers of polish it'll probably set better and dry quicker. But I found that I got a nice glossy sheen that lasted almost two weeks with barely any chipping when I did my toenails. When I painted this over my nail color it did seem to take off some just a tiny bit of the polish (I painted mine a dark blue) but I wiped the brush on some paper and it was fine. Now I don't think this dries in a snap, but it does dry completely within say 20-30 minutes, which is doable. I remember having to sit for over an hour waiting for nails to dry. Something I really like about Orly polishes is the top has ridges which makes it easier to get a grip and unscrew the top. I would repurchase this top coat.
Tips: It does set and dry within a reasonable amount of time but you'll get the best and quickest results if you paint your nail color in thin layers.
