In my grocery shopping I picked up this Shampoo along with the matching conditioner. My hair type is very dry especially at my ends. I got these bottles at an affordable deal. I buy most of my hair care products from the super market because its easy for me to acess.
Tresseme shampoo comes in large sized bottles with labelling that is clear and easy to read. The lid is easy to open making it easy to get product out of. The consistency of this shampoo is a shimmery creamy coloured liquid with a fresh scent of florals.
With application I find it easy to lather up into my hair. Normally when I use Shampoo my hair gets knotty and coarse. But with this I noticed my hair is manageable to brush. In connection with the same conditioner my hair is surprisingly hydrated and remoisturised. My ends aren't dry anymore.
After four weeks of using this I can see a noticeable change in my hair. I still have fly aways because my hair is frizzy . I managed to get this at $7 a bottle which was a bargain at the time. Even at ten dollars it is still good value for money as these bottles are generously sized making them last for weeks. I would happily repurchase this product.
I purchased the shampoo from the supermarket when I was looking specifically for a clarifying shampoo. I remember a BR article saying that it was good to use a clarifying shampoo before dying your hair so I thought I'd give it a try and see if it made a difference.
It comes in a big black bottle. I love pump bottles so I have always wanted tresemme to change their bottle to a pump but sadly that had not happened. The sent is lovely as always and the consistency is semi thick.
I washed my hair 3 different times with the shampoo before I dyed my hair. It's lathers up and washes out really easily. I feel that it definitely clarified like it stated it would. My hair felt a lot cleaner as the build-up of previous products was gone.
I would highly recommend this brand as I always have. I also feel that my hair colour has lasted a lot longer this time around so I will continue to use clarifying shampoos.
Tips: A little goes a long way and use in conjunction with the remoistureing conditioner
