Trilogy Age-Proof Overnight Mask Reviews

Normally overnight masks leave my skin looking greasy the next day as I’m already pretty oily. Every so often though I still love to use one as they normally leave my skin looking nice and plump. This mask not only left my skin plump and bright but I wasn’t oily (anymore than usual) the next day. It smells beautiful and is really easy to apply. It’s thick but not gluggy and comes with a little plastic scoop so you don’t need to put your fingers in the jar. Some people aren’t lovers of glass jars as they’re not travel friendly but I love them as they’re completely recyclable. It’s not the cheapest mask on the market at around $60 but I got mine on special at Farmers for about $45 and it will last for ages. I’ll probably use this once a week but if you’re on the drier side you could definitely use this as a night cream every night. I’m actually excited to have found this product and will be a staple in my vanity from now on.

As I have not used an overnight mask before I used some of my friend's while on an overnight trip. I normally use the masks you wash off same day.

It soaks into your skin easily without feeling thick or sticky and doesn't leave if feeling greasy. It smells geeat toi! It really did make a difference to my skin and looked refreshed and hydrated the next morning. Really loved the feel of my skin afterwards and have since bought my own.

This product costs a wee bit more than the products I normally use, but certainly worth it.

I received this in a BBBE, opening it i liked the packaging, it doesn't look budget at all, which is great for the price. You get a spactuala with the product, I myself scoop the product out and on to my face but I rub it in with my fingers. After a while of having it sit on make face before I go to sleep, i find it starts to make my skin itch and I find myself wanting to wash it off, but I dont and in the morning after washing in it off I'm glad I don't. My skin looks and feels sooo good, i love it. When I wash it off I always go to the people that i live with and get them to touch my face because I love the feeling that it leaves my face, im always telling them to buy the product but for them $30 is a lot as for me. I'm just lucky I got it with the BBBE. If anyone has the money I would definitly recommended buying it, it's worth it.

When I read the word "mask" I think of a thick paste that I have wait for ages to harden and then wipe off before applying moisturizer. The Trilogy Overnight Mask is different. You apply it before bed and leave it on. In the morning you will have beautiful soft skin. I haven't noticed my skin firming up but my skin is definitely more hydrated. This product is great for preventing dry winter skin. I am a fan of Trilogy products because they are made in New Zealand. There is nothing nasty in the products and they are always beautifully packaged. This mask also comes with a spatula which helps prevent nasty bacteria getting into the glass jar.

This is a beautiful night cream. It soaks into your skin and doesn't leave if feeling greasy. It smells absolutely divine! It really does make a difference to the texture of my skin and does make it look more radiant. My skin looks pretty good when I wake up in the morning after using this product. Also, it doesn't break me out and it's gentle on the skin. Even my husband is a fan of this night cream now too!

I got this in a BBBE and have been using it for the past couple of weeks. I love it.

It comes in a standard Trilogy box and inside is a glass pot. It has a spatula to get it out and to save it getting under my nails.

The product is a lovely thick white cream with a pleasant smell. The origin of the scent defies me.

I apply it several times over the evening, and make sure I massage plenty into my face and neck before going to bed at nights. My skin looks hydrated and fresh in the morning - which is surprising because I haven't been sleeping well.

The product claims is that through prolonged overnight wear, it will support skin’s repairing night time functions to nourish, firm and promote radiance. I believe it meets this claim very well.

I probably use it more generously than the price indicates I should, but it feels like luxury and I love the results. Trilogy wins again!

I bought this in a 3 for 2 deal at Farmers (along with the eye cream that also has L22 - you can never have too much of something that mimics the skin profile of a 22 year old!!). It was a bit of a gamble, because I tried a Swisse overnight mask earlier this year and it was sticky and gross (it's still sitting in my vanity cupboard mostly unused!). This was nothing like that. The cream smells lovely and is not sticky at all. It feels like a very very effective night cream, it's super thick! I applied it before bed - you do need to give it a bit of time to sink it so it doesn't go all over your pillow. When I woke in the morning, my skin felt soft and hydrated. Over time, I haven't noticed any real different in the condition of my skin, other than it feeling more hydrated, but I figure even better hydrated skin is a win and hopefully the other benefits follow. I have been using it twice a week, but considering increasing that to reap more benefits. The product is pricey ($50) but one pot will last quite a while because you only need a small amount. I will definitely be buying this again.

I received this in the BBBE NZ Brands & All Cruelty Free! earlier this year and have been using for the last couple of months. First visual impressions, I liked the box it came in. Looked chic with the purple flowers on the inside of the box though I can not tell you what that is in relation too. I just like it, purple is my favourite colour.

The pottle came with a spatula to spread the product on your face. It's fun to use for the first dozen uses but I don't use it any more just use my fingers. I love the smell of this product. It reminds me of nana's place so has a bit of sentimentality attached it. A relaxing herb scent which helps me wind down in the evenings. (My husband also loves the smell and asks me why I use my best skin care when i'm only going to bed. I explained it's purpose is for night time use!)

You don't need to use a lot of product though I use about 2 thumbnail size amounts for full face and neck coverage. It is a creamy, thick formula but absorbs into my skin quickly. Skin looks and feels smooth, also looks younger. I am all for aging as gracefully as possible and I feel like this product helps with that.

I never purchase pricey things but I love the results and this is one I definitely will be repurchasing.

When I first opened the recent cruelty free BBBE I was excited, nervous. I took all the products out and my eyes skimmed over this one. Trilogy eh? I reckoned. It was a heavy wee box and I left it til last to open. I am glad I did!

Inside the box was the jar, with a brushed metal lid. Oh my goodness, it feels and looks soooo luxurious. I really love the frosted glass with the lid, it’s just so gorgeous and as shallow as it sounds, the better looking the packaging, the better I feel the product works. Also included on top of the jar is a black plastic spatula for scooping out product, so there is no contamination with dirty fingers. I LOVE IT. I’ve never owned one before so it’s bloody brilliant and I use it with my day moisturizer too. It’s wicked.

The product is thick. Like, you can hold it over your head like a bowl of fragile meringue and it won’t fall out of the jar. The product is white gold, basically, and I scoop out a pea size amount each time. It’s scented, and I think it’s perfect for a night time mask, as to me it smells like delicious lavender!! My favorite night time scent. I first rub it between my hands to ‘warm’ the product and then I slather it on my face, and ohmygooood. It’s so buttery. It’s silky. It’s… It’s my new lifeblood. And the reason I use such a small amount is because of the butteryness it goes a long way.

To be truthful my expectations of this product weren’t high, because my skin is super fussy and most of the time lotions and potions tend to sit on the skin rather than soak in like I would prefer. However. This sunk in. This woke my skin up while powering my brain down for sleep. It didn’t break me out, in fact this didn’t do anything to my skin other than make it better. I wake up every morning with soft, practically glowing face skin. It’s actually bizarre, my skin has never been nicer and I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop.

I’m trying to find where I can buy this mask because I want more and I can’t find it on the Trilogy website. As I don’t use night cream it’s become my white whale Holy Grail and I’m in love. It’s perfect. Thank you once again BR (or BBBE in this case) for something else that I’m absolutely smitten with.

My skin is on the dry side, and so I'm always on the look out for good night time products that help my skin hydrate, and get that glow on!

This night mask is so luxurious and delicious. It's in a lovely glass jar, with a plastic stick to hygienically get product out. The cream is a lovely thickness so your skin immediately feels lathered in moisturising goodness! It has a lovely lavender scent as well, to ensure your skin and you have a restful nights sleep.

In the morning, my skin is plump, hydrated and looks bright and clear. The product seems to soak in nicely through the night, and no greasiness or shine is left the next morning.

For the first two weeks I used it nightly, just a very small amount (pea siz'ish), and my skin looked fantastic and hydrated every morning. No break outs either, which surprised me given how nourishing the product is. The vitamin C in the product definitely works some magic, and you wake up with fresh bright looking skin!

I now use the product 3-4 times a week (rationing as this mask is sold out everywhere!!), and the great results continue. When I use the Trilogy mask, it is instead of my night cream, and then I use a hydrating night cream for the nights I don't use the mask, and they compliment each other beautifully

If you want a nourishing and hydrating night treatment, that leaves your skin glowing in the morning this one is so hard to beat.

This one is a keeper for my night time routine. I love it soooo much!
