I have used this particular product on and off for a few years and find it a good night moisturiser for my oily skin if it starts looking irritated or flakey. The smell isn't great but is fairly neutral so I don't mind it that much.
I initially started using it on some scars but didn't notice any difference after applying twice a day for 2 months but my skin was definitely softer and didn't have any flaking or dry spots. I am pleased that this product is Certified Organic but would prefer that more of Trilogy's products were also Certified Organic - some of the ingredients in the other products could definitely be improved on.
I absolutely love this product, i've said in another review that because most Rosehip oils are 100% Rosehip oil that they all pretty much do the same thing regardless the brand, at least in my experience, so what I look for is good packaging.
The Trilogy Rosehip by far has the best packaging overall from design to bottle. The design of trilogy products is always really nice and they take extra care in making the boxes look beautiful as well. In terms of dispensing the product they have definitely made it a whole lot easier by including a suction dropper. I find that this gives you so much control so you can use a little in smaller areas and a lot on larger areas.
The oil itself it is no more special than cheaper brands. It is a great oil for dry spots and scarring and it does the job effectively. The only reason I would pay more for Trilogy over other brands is the bottle.
Tips: Make sure you screw the lid back on after use, ive made that mistake before!
