Trilogy Cream Cleanser

I do have mixed feelings about this cleanser. It smells really good and it's really gentle on the skin, but I feel that maybe it's a bit too gentle. It doesn't really remove any dirt from your face. I know this because I've used it, and then afterwards wiped a cotton pad covered in toner over my face and I can see the dirt on the cotton pad.

So I'm not too sure what to make of it. It might be a good product to use if you normally don't wear makeup and just need to remove oil from your face. If you do use makeup, you'd need to use a makeup remover first, and then this cleanser to finish it off.

It's quite hydrating so you don't need to use as much moisturiser afterwards.

I know many people, including my mother, love this brand, but it's not for me. This cream cleanser was very rich and moisturising, but it felt like applying a moisturiser instead of a cleanser. When I rinsed it off, my skin felt like I still needed to wash.

On the positive side, the cleanser uses lovely ingredients and applies easily. For skin needing lots of hydration, this would be a great product. However for combination skin like mine, you need something that gives a deeper clean.

I'm a bit iffy on cleansers, simply because I haven't found 'the one' or at least, one that doesn't dry my face out. If it weren't for the price I would buy this one!

With all Trilogy products, this smelled like roses, and not the fake rose smell but like you are in a garden of perfectly pruned and flowering roses. It reminds me of my nana's house on a hot summers day! The cream is a lovely thick consistency and is white in color.

Because of how thick it is, I felt like I didn't need to use much, and it applied to my face smoothly and evenly and it felts so luxurious, almost like rubbing a rose petal on your face. And I love to do that! The bottle is a decent size and is lasting a while, which is awesome too as it is pretty heavy in the pocket.

My skin felt soft and clean, and thankfully, didn't dry my skin out! It seemed to just melt into my skin. I also really liked the pump bottle. This is a really nice product, but again, the price is what puts me off the most, so I wouldn't repurchase it.

I chose to try this cleanser after using the Trilogy gel cleanser and i absolutely love it. this product is quite thick so i find you really dont even need a full squirt for your face. it smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling fresh, clean and glowy. i find face cleansers are either really good or really bad on my skin as im quite sensitive, but so far both cleansers from trilogy have been amazing for my skin. its a little pricier than usual facewashes but it does last a long time and makes your skin feel fab!

This cream cleanser is very gentle on my skin and leaves it feeling soft after use.

It is different from traditional cleansers in that it doesn't foam, but a little goes a long way as it comes in a pump bottle. Even after it no longer pumped because I didn't have enough left to pump, it lasted another 2-3 weeks.

This is a bit pricey, however I am happy to pay a premium for healthy skin after other horrible cheap experiences and I have purchased it a few times now.

I always start my Trilogy reviews saying how much I love the product, and I have to say it again with this one.

This cleanser comes in the traditional brown glass bottle with a pump for easy use. There is 200mls in the bottle and at $41.90 is probably a bit more expensive than a lot of cleansers but I am sure once you have used it, you will think it is worth it.

I look forward to taking off my make up when this is in the bathroom. It is thick and creamy, smooth and has a typical Trilogy fragrance, subtle and inoffensive. You really dont need a lot of this as it is so thick, a little will take off the toughest make up well.

It dosent foam up, rather just a gorgeously smooth cream. After you have rinsed off you are left with the most amazingly soft, clean skin ready for your toner.

I have had my bottle for a good few months now and it is still going strong.

I entered a Facebook competition on Facebook from Trilogy and won a sample pack. Then I got a second pack from a spot prize pack from Best BeautyBoxes. It came in a cloth bag with Hello Gorgeous on it.

This sample came in a sturdy white tube bottle with the easy to read Trilogy labelling. I found the lid small and easy to screw on and off. The consistency of this is just like a moisturising cream . Is white and medium in thickness. The scent of this is a rich rose scent. Very strong but I like that.

I like to use cleansers daily. I used this after I wore a days make up and it came off. I didn't think it would work especially being a cream consistency. After using this my skin feels clean soft and hydrated.

I think it is priced fairly for this product. My sample packs so far have lasted me a month and I haven't opened my second pack yet. If you didn't want to commit to full size there's an option of trying samples. I'd definitely use this cleanser again its soft and smells lovely.

I'm not a big Trilogy user, not because I don't like it, just because I've never paid much attention to the brand. I got a full bottle of this for free from work as it was a tester and we no longer sold the product. The packaging is a heavy, frosted glass which I like as it doesn't feel cheap or tacky. The pump is great and dispenses a perfect amount of product and also means you aren't putting bacteria from your hands back into the product to get more. I'm used to using foaming or gel cleansers, and so a cream cleanser was a little strange to me as it felt like I was just smearing moisturiser over my face. I wear a full face of makeup most days, and so I really look for products that remove it well. I was so impressed with how easily this product removed even my most stay-put foundations just by gently massaging it into my skin. The product had a nice light scent, nothing too noticeable or offensive. I either rinse this off in the shower or remove it with cotton pads, both work well. My skin feels clean and fresh after using this cleanser, without the usual tight/dry feel I get from other cleansers that strip my face entirely of oils. I'm prone to acne but in the short time of using this product my skin hasn't worsened, which is a big 5 stars from me. I'm glad I initially got this for free as I'm not sure I could've convinced myself to spend this amount of money on it, but it's a beautiful cleanser and you get a huge amount of product, so when I run out I do think I'll spend the money on another bottle :)

So i managed to pick me up a bottle from the farmers store, Trilogy is definitely up there in my books, i try and get my hands on their products as mch as i can. I love this particular product because of its easy to use push down method, comes in a clear easy to see through glass bottle, love the style it has, ove the smell and texture is great. overall love the product

I enjoy most Trilogy products and this one is no exception.

Beautifully packaged and presented as are all their products, with an easy to use pump applicator.

I use 2 pumps to do my face and neck and find that to be more than enough to take off a full face of double wear foundation. In my books, this product is amazing. It's so gentle on my maturing skin while still being effective. My skin never feels tight after use - just clean.

I gave up on cream cleansers a while ago as I find they just don't shift the makeup, but after giving this brand a shot I can't see me changing to anything else for quite some time.

The only downside (and it's not too major) is the smell - it's very "natural" and I don't enjoy it but it's bearable enough for me to keep using this product.
