Tips: excellent for stretch marks !
I usually leave this on at night, and if my face looks a bit dull during the day i use about 2 - 3 drops. As time goes on you can really see your skin start to brighten up, look healthier and fresher. I can also always count on it after having it on while I sleep to reduce/clear redness from my skin by the morning so I'm feeling great about myself and so much less self conscious! Have also been using it for about 3 months now, and it's only somewhat reduced any appearance of scars, but I am most willing to wait a little longer.
Tips: great price (don't need very much), leave on over night for soft, glowing skin in the morning
I received this product in my last birthday beauty basket of goodies I loved it, I felt it wasnt too oily and soaked in quickly the scent was not too overpowering and went onto use it again instead of Bio Oil.
Since my then 2year old daughter had surgery on her face she was left with a 1.5cm scar and was told to try Rosehip. The first month not to much change but after that it faded by 50% theres still a white line but we have only been using for 5mths and use x2 daily. I have started using on my wrinkles and have also noticed a huge change. This product is amazing I would never use anything else as I am seeing results.
Tips: Use x2 daily and leave on over night to absorb. Great price and you only need a couple of drops so lasts a very long time.
So many benefits in one simple product!!! This product has faded my acne scars, Brightened my skin, helped with eyelash growth and moisturized dry patches on my face. Would cost certainly purchase again. Have also got a few of my friends onto using it too!!
Tips: Great to use as a moisturizer after shaving legs. Leaves them feeling silky smooth for longer!!
I brought a bottle of Trilogy Rosehip Oil for my Mother, who had just had a full knee replacement. Which left her with a long purple looking scar and it some part bumpy from where the staples were removed.
She applied it twice a day Morning/night, and the results were amazing. The next day the scar was moisturised, no dry skin. And it really helped with the comfort of healing, the scar didn't pull or feel tight. After 7 days parts of the scar had healed completely and you couldn't even notice where the stapes were. And skin tone was even and smooth.
The little eye drop type applicator is perfect for applying just the right amount of oil and a little really does go along way.
Since buying her a bottle I brought one for me to use on acne scaring. It brightened my skin tone and left my face silky smooth. Completely faded any blemishes that I had.
This little beauty will Always have a place in my makeup bag :)
Tips: Use x2 a day on scaring. Make sure your wound has healed over so there is no broken skin. When using on your face apply a really hot face cloth to your skin to open your pores and then apply to your skin. You can even add a few drops to your bath along with your favourite oils. This is a great gift idea for anyone you know who is having surgery .
Amazing product, reduces scarring, fine lines, dark spots and nourishes the skin. I had dark marks on my face from two pregnancies and some sun damage. This has helped in reducing the discolouration although not completely but I can now cover with makeup. I also use this on my surgical scars to help with healing and pigmentation... I have to say it really helps. Great treatment around your eyes before bed to help combat the laughter lines, and anywhere and everywhere else you need an extra moisture boost
Tips: If you are super busy add a few drops to your regular face cream/body lotion or just for an extra hit of goodness.
This is a great product! I got this to put on a burn. I did it twice a day and it really took away the sting and it did not leave a scar. Great product! And it smells rather good too
Tips: Be careful with the stopper, sometimes it can come out really fast if you aren't careful and so make sure not to apply to much. Less is definitely more!
I bought this after using the original Trilogy Rosehip Oil. I initially wanted to stick to the original as it has less ingredients but was curious about this one.
This comes in a good sized bottle and lasts a few months. I really like it, but to be honest I don't notice much of a difference between the original Rosehip and this one. I have noticed a difference in pigmentation of my old acne scars which have faded, though my skin is already good. I don't notice a change in fine lines on my forehead but this oil does feel nourishing and is natural so I assume it is no worse than any other face cream in terms of lines!
I use this at night on clean, dry skin and use it on its own unless I have put it in hours before I sleep and want to 'top up' the moisturisation with a night cream. I wake up with soft, supple skin and using this oil overnight alone is enough to moisturise my dry skin. I really love Trilogy's rosehip oils and would use either of them again (I will always have one!) but I don't notice much difference between this and the original.
I have been using this for a little while now (on my face and on scars). I find it soothed my appendix scars (and reduced the redness a wee bit) and I put it on my face before bed and I wake up with smooth, fresh feeling skin.
The thing I like about rosehip oil is that I do not find it has an overpowering scent or horrible greasy feeling. Yes, it feels oily but in a good way (not matter how strange that sounds). It is by no means a miracle cure for scarring, don't get me wrong. But using it on my scars (which were fairly new in the scheme of things) I did find that the redness reduced at a quicker rate than past scars that I used nothing on. And it didn't sting the fresh scars like I have found other products have in the past. So thumbs up from me!
Tips: Use only a few drops.
