Trilogy Rosehip Oil Antioxidant+ Review

This product was excellent for my dry/combination skin. The oil absorbs easily without leaving my face feeling greasy and is perfect for times when my skin needs a little extra nourishment without the zit potential of a heavy cream.

I've been using this for a few weeks now and I must say though it works slowly to remove scars it does work! You just need to be patient with the product. It also evens my skin tone out and hydrates it. It does do what it says but it requires a lot of patience so if you don't have patience and want immediate results this is probably not for you. The product also lasts for a long time since it only requires a few drops each day.

I've been a big Trilogy fan since a friend introduced me to the brand several years ago. I love that they are a NZ company making natural products. Rosehip oil had been a staple in my bathroom cabinet ever since.

During the time that I've used rosehip oil my skin has been through the works. Horrible hormonal acne followed by dryness from the hardcore anti acne drugs. I now, finally, have what could be described as 'normal' skin. This seems to be a good allrounder for whatever ails your skin.

I was excited to upgrade to the anti-oxidant+ version. I haven't really noticed a difference between this and the original. I use it as a serum at night. I'm always a bit heavy handed with with dropper and tend to use more than the 2-3 recommended drops. I use it on my eyelids, under eyes, face, neck and décolletage. I do like it as an eye cream but I don't recommend doing so during the day as it can leave your eyes filmy (it took me a few times to realise I did not have blurred vision lol) Where this has worked really well is on my décolletage which Is sadly starting to give away my age (why did I ever go out in the sun?!?) However I think this is more of a smoothing effect rather than repairing. Now that I've come to the end of my bottle, those wrinkles are starting to reappear.

This is lovely when paired with Trilogy's age proof night cream. Apply generously A d wake up with amazing glowing skin!

I had been waiting a long time to purchase this product as I have had issues with acne and blemishes and did not want to make the situation worse. But after hearing so much good about the product from many Women and its anti aging benefits I decided to see if it would make a difference to any scarring and blemishes on my face. I have young skin but thought it may be a good idea as I had so many recommendations. I love using face oils and body oils but was scared it would inflame any old blemishes, which to my surprise did not happen. I have been using it once daily and it is amazing. It feels lovely to apply and spreads well so you do not have to use too much of the product. You can tell this kind of oil is full of the right antioxidants and is all natural and very good quality. I use a couple of drops at night under and around my eyes, a little on my cheeks and on my neck. It does not smell too strong like some other rose hip oils which is great! Trilogy is a good brand and good quality. It is a nice consistency and I am very impressed. My skin feels smooth and refreshed in the morning and it didn't aggravate my acne and make anything worse. My scars have improved slightly after a few weeks of using this product so I am excited to see what will happen in the coming months. Definitely feels noticeably softer the next morning. Totally worth it and will repurchase again. Thank you Trilogy for this product.

When i was younger, curiosity lead me to smell my mother’s rosehip oil... The strong scent left me with a bad impression of rosehip, which had since put me off from trying any rosehip oil until just recently, where I decided to treat myself with Trilogy’s glow up kit for Christmas.

So, I finally decided to give this vial of rosehip oil a go. And I can’t believe i’m saying this, but this product has definitely changed my view on rosehip oils.

I have been massaging 2-3 drops of this rosehip oil onto my face after shower before bed. It’s not strongly scented at all.. nor overly greasy, and it just sinks into my skin beautifully.... Oh, it just felt amazing！

It’s very nourishing.. my face felt soft, plump, brighter, and healthier afterwards, and i woke up in the morning with very happy skin. Not dry nor dehydrated. A must-have for the dry seasons.

Highly recommended. Will definitely repurchase this one some stage in the future.. but right now, this product has driven me on a discovery of more amazing facial oils and serums i have still to try yet.

I love using my Trilogy Rosehip Oil Antioxidant+. I use it at night after cleansing my face. Just a few drops does the trick. When I use it consistently I wake up with nicely moisturised skin and it helps my skin to look smoother, brighter and diminishes some of the finer lines that have started to appear.

I used this on my scars after I had a breast surgery, and 6 months later my scars are looking soo good! A little goes a long way with this product, you only need a very small amount for great coverage. Simply put a few drops on, and massage in to the area for a few mins. The bottle is really nice, with the classic squeezy dropper which works really well. Im undecided about the smell of it, its neither good nor bad but it smells relly natural.
