Trilogy Ultra Hydrating Face Cream

I use this under my bbcream/ foundation when is dont use the rosehip serum, it hasn't made my skin breakout and makes my skin feel baby smooth

I was a bit hesitant before applying this cream as I noticed it had a strong scent & I usually pass on face creams or lotions with any scent as I have found in the past that anything with a scent really irritates my skin. But I was really pleasantly surprised, my skin showed no signs at all that it was going to react & so far so good! I guess it really does pay to trust good quality natural ingredients. I'm not used to face creams so for me this felt a tad greasy on application, but within 5-10 minutes the cream had been absorbed and the greasy feeling gone. It leaves my skin feeling real soft which lasts for hours. I have an area around the hairline on my forehead that is extremely dry so I have been paying extra attention to this area when applying the cream & only after 2 days there has been a noticeable improvement.

This is a product that really delivers on it's promises Trilogy is quickly becoming a skin care range that I want to investigate further as I now have tried 2 of their products & have been very impressed with the quality & results.

This Trilogy cream is lovely - a real treat - and has the qualities of a more expensive product. It *is* ultra-hydrating and my normally dry skin feels great, all day. My face hasn't felt this smooth and moisturised for a long time. Quickly absorbed, the lavender-scented cream lays a really good base for BB cream and foundation. It doesn't worry me that there is no SPF protection as I personally prefer it, especially at night time.

I like Trilogy's natural philosophy and products and am partial to their Rosehip Oil for extra hydration, so was delighted to see that rosehip oil is a featured ingredient, with popular coconut and some other goodies.

For me - currently roving the specials at the supermarket - it is a pricey product at $49.90. But if money was no object, I would be a regular user, for certain. For the price, the packaging and tube feels and looks like quality, and has a hip aluminium lid. It looks like a luxe product.

With top points for being made in NZ, I'd happily recommend Trilogy Ultra Hydrating Face Cream to women who have dry skin.

When I tried this is was so hydrating and non-greasy and with the extra bonuses of all the great ingredients like rosehip oil, coconut, honey and evening primrose you really can't go wrong, I love rosehip oil by itself and often mixed it into my normal moisturizer so to have it already in a moisturizer is fantastic!!

I am an absolute lover of all things Trilogy. This cream comes in a generous 75ml white tube with a cute sliver lid. The lid is a screw top and the tube sits on the lid so the product is always there, ready to use.

This cream is a lifesaver (facesaver) for those who have very dry skin. Unfortunately my skin is not so dry that it would benefit from this cream.

I tried using it in the morning, however it just didnt absorb as much as I would have liked so I tried it in the evening and it seemed to work better for me then.

In the morning my skin felt nourished and looked nice so I continued to use it as a night cream.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this product, it just didnt suit my skin.

Bought this to try as i use the claryfying Gel cleanser which is fab apart from smell and fact i have a few dry patches hence me buying this moisturiser to try andcresolve that issue. Trilogy products in general are over priced compared to others i use. The packaging is good quality i like the stainless steel lid on the tube looks classy! Only need a small amount of moisturiser as it goes a long way. It does leave a greasy film but i need it as the Gel has left me with dry patches on my chin for some reason but love the clarifying gel. I apply the moisturiser morning and night on face and neck but notice the smell of this plus other Trilogy products is horrible they all have that distinct musty/earthy smell which is as shame really. Will see how i go as to whether i repurchase.

I found this to be perfect for my skin, I can get dry skin so need an intense face cream. When I read the box and saw it had ingredients like rosehip oil, coconut, honey and evening primrose I was really excited. Was very hydrating and kept my skin supple. It has a very natural herbal smell which I like. The texture is very creamy and thick but applies to the skin nicely and absorbs without any residue. Another excellent Trilogy product!

I have quite dry skin, leading me to using two different moisturisers daily. At first, the smell is very, very strong (for me at least anyway) but you get used to it pretty quick. The formula is really thick and you'd think it'd go on like acrylic paint but it's quickly absorbed in to the skin. The only thing I didn't necessarily like, is that it did look kind of 'dry' after a while, sort of like when you use a high SPF sunscreen and you've been out all day and haven't washed it off. This morning I tried it with my underlying moisturiser and it's made a huge difference. It's still quickly absorbed but it sits so much nicer!

So maybe it's just my skin type, I'm not sure. But my skin is super soft, it looks a lot healthier, looks glowy and hydrated. My partner definitely noticed a difference right away and he LOVED the smell! :)

I'd recommend either way.

My skin was in dire need of help due to winter heating dehydrating my skin and this product delivered. I had a couple of itchy patches on my face which have disappeared after only 5 days use and my skin not only feels good but looks good too. The only thing I didn't really like is the fragrance but I am not a huge fan of lavender. however I can live with the smell as the product does work beautifully.

Not a bad face cream. Soaks in quite fast so it doesnt leave greezy residue on skin. Triology products are quite natural and doesnt contain too many unnecessary chemicals. Not a huge fan on the smell.
