I got given a tube of this for christmas and like it! It is not too greasy and does a nice job of moisturising my hands (when they are not extremely dry). Personally, I find the scent a wee bit sweet (sort of like marzipan) but don't mind much.
I recently started getting patches of eczema on my hands and have needed to constantly moisturise in order to reduce the flakiness and itching. I am prescribed an ointment but found that too greasy for the hands and this handcream seems to be a perfect in-between. It's still quite thick and helps to lock in any moisture but it doesn't feel heavy or clogging.
It smells inoffensive and 'natural', and although I prefer scented handcreams I try to avoid artificial fragrances when I get my eczema flareups. I do quite like this and it's nice to use when my skin is irritated or broken, but it is a bit pricey and not something I usually go for. Would possibly buy again in the future for another eczema outbreak?
I've been getting on the Trilogy bandwagon a lot lately and have given this a go. I'm an office worker so I'm forever destroying my nails typing aggressively and sanitising a lot, so I'm a daily hand cream user! The hand cream has changed packaging design from the design pictured. The hand cream tube is bright red in colour with white writing. I am not a big fan of the packaging because it looks a bit cheap and this is not a cheap product! The hand cream has quite a runny texture and quite a lovely smell - it smells like honey and orange with a herby botanical hint to the fragrance. I love the smell and it isn't too strong. A little of this goes a very long way, so my current tube has been lasting me forever despite using it daily. It does take a while to absorb which is a bit of a pain though. However, once absorbed this is non-greasy, feels really light and leaves my hands and elbows nice and soft. This is quite pricy though and I'm not convinced this will be a regular future purchase for me due to this. I got this on sale for 40% off and I enjoy the natural ingredients, but this is a lot to spend on a hand cream and it isn't the best hand cream in the world. However, it is a nice hand cream that performs well and I would use again if on sale or gifted to me.
I don't tend to buy hand creams but this was a freebie from Farmers so what the heck. I've found it very good, not too greasy as long as you don't use too much and it has a light coconut/vanilla/orange scent. It absorbs really well. Especially good for cuticles.
Tips: I find coconut fragranced products tend to smell a bit manky after a while. If you won't use it every day, buy the smaller size.
I like the Trilogy range and was keen to try their Handcream but find the tube didn't last as long as I wanted it to for the price. It was a great product, nice scent, good for my sensitive skin and wasn't oily at all, but I do think it is a bit expensive and probably wouldn't buy it again unless it was on sale or I had a discount voucher etc.
Tips: Apply to hands after washing for best results.
I had this as a promotion gift from Farmers. Previously I used body lotion for my hand as I found most of the hand creme too "creamy". This product changed my mind quite a lot. It does make my skin much softer, the scent is lovely and lingering. The tube is handy and can accompany me any where. The price is probably the biggest drawback to me. I have to admit that I would never buy this hand cream unless it is half price or given for free
I really did like the texture of this, not to greasy but light and creamy. The one thing they turned me off was the smell. It smells to me a bit like playdoh, with a hint of orange mixed in..
I got this as a freebie from Farmers and was excited. I always wash my hands (more than i should) so I have handcreams in all my handbags, beside my bed,at work and in the car. I have this at work but i find it to be really weird. Once it dries it almost makes my hands feel powdery which is very odd. They don't feel hydrated at all. I will keep using it however i would not buy it.
Tips: Use quite a bit, it dries fast.
I’ve used this hand cream on and off for a few years but while I didn’t mind the very strong citrus scent it could be overwhelming. Trilogy have recently changed the packaging and lowered the amount of fragrance in the cream. Unfortunately you don’t seem to get quite as much as you did in the old packaging but you don’t need much cream so it does last a while. This isn’t the best product for really dry hands but will keep your hands soft and hydrated if you have more normal skin. I will continue purchasing this product as I love the way it sinks in and prevents my hands from getting too dry.
