The bright colours and packaging of these certainly draw you in when staring at all the products and options on the shelves these days. They are a pretty good tampon, as far as absorbency and non leakage goes. However during my 'lighter' days I find them very hard to insert and often they just won't sit right and feel a bit uncomfortable at times. They have a tendency to bunch up if you're a bit rough with them The boxes are hard to open without ripping them and if throwing in a bag they'd end up everywhere so I was glad to see the resealable packets they now have. Overall they are nothing too special and do not stand out against any other brands unless you really like the cool packaging.

U by Kotex Tampons Review
U by Kotex Tampons come in a variety of absorbencies to suit different flows. They are designed to give you maximum protection during your flow and work by expanding and adapting to your body’s shape.
U by Kotex Tampons are super comfy to wear and easy to use. Some girls find tampons harder to insert towards the very end of their period when the flow is much lighter. Inserting a tampon at this time can be uncomfortable. U by Kotex Tampons have a slim design and come with a slender tip because, let’s face it, if you’re suffering period pain and all the things that come along with your period, you want things to be as easy as possible.

Tips: The resealable packs are good for keeping in the handbag but if you have quite a light flow you may struggle with them, even the slim ones are tricky
I don't really have a huge preference for brands, I generally buy whichever brand is on sale. But the thing that stands out about this brand is the colorful packaging. It's nice but not really something I look for in tampons. I do find the small boxes handy to have in my purse in case I need them unexpectedly. The wrappers easily come off. The ones of this brand that I like the most are the applicator ones just for the convenience, it's easier to use and if you have long nails it's feels better then using your fingers not to mention less messy.
Tips: Stock up when it's on sale. Put one box in your purse and one in the bathroom. If you have long nails I would recommend trying the applicator ones.
These tampons are very reliable and easy to use. they dont leak like other brands do and are easy enough to carry around with you
For me I think you could improve on the sizing for baby mummas. Other than that the packaging is eye catching colourful and vibrant also very affordable price which is the reason why I brought these .
Tips: The sizes should be a little bigger for mothers who have had babies,
but not very comfortable compared to other tampons. good absorption but not a great fit. they are very stiff and hard feeling.
These are very comfortable in my opinion, but after 2 hours of needing to go to the bathroom, my underwear was not impressed!
Tips: Perhaps changing it every hour would be more suitable !
I don't use this brand anymore because I use more natural products these days. I liked the colourful wrappers and the way it twists open.
U by Kotex was my brand during my 20's. The colourful packaging made buying feminine hygiene more bearable. There were two separate packets in one package and it's so small and cute that made it handy to carry around in my hand bag.
It absorbed very well, but the recommendation time to change it was every 4 hours, but I had to change more frequently than that which was annoying. It was very affordable though and often they were on sale.
I stopped using tampons now, so I won't use these again. They came in handy when I needed it.
Tips: Change every 4 hours
The coloured packaging is eye catching and makes purchasing these more fun. I like any sanitary brand that offers mini tampons as they're easier, personally for me to use. Affordable pricing also. The only negative I have with them is that I find they fluff at the base and they can be a bit hard to insert sometimes which is why I've given 2/5 for whether I'd use them again because I've found a brand better suited for myself.
I've used these a couple of times and found them to be a bit harder to remove and not as nice to insert. A plus is the bright colours they come in make it easy to find in handbags.
