U by Kotex Ultra Thins Review
For an extremely thin AND highly absorbent pad, try U by Kotex® Ultrathins. They have micro<MAX Technology® – so they’re micro thin with max absorbency. The core has super absorbent materials including tiny granules that lock away fluid, so there’s much less opportunity for embarrassing leaks.
U by Kotex® Ultrathins are available in Regular, Super and Overnight absorbencies. Regular absorbency is great for everyday ‘regular-flow’ use and Super and Overnight absorbency is perfect for heavy flow and overnight use. So, we have you covered, no matter what your flow is like, or what you’re doing.

I love these products, they not only look great but they do a great job. The price is also very affordable as I need to get 2 lots for myself and my Daughter
I feel a bit strange writing this review but feel woman need help in this situation. I’m laying in bed as I was discharged from hospital yesterday (Christmas Day) after a hysterectomy. Ive had Endometriosis since I was 14 and have suffered from massively heavy periods my whole life. In the past year they’ve become so heavy I have to wear 2 Night time pads all the time. U by Kotex gives me the peace of mind I desperately need. Yes they have wings and they’re thin like other brands but my favourite thing is that the cotton (lining) doesn’t bunch up and move. I have quite an active job and if I’m using another brand I find I end up with “bald” patches in the pads and have to change them more than I need to, which when you’re already using 2 pads every time ends up costing heaps per period. This brand honestly doesn’t do it and while they absorb the same amount as other brands and are just as dry this has definitely been a game changer for me. My 15 year old daughter has started requesting these in the shopping too for the same reason. They aren’t always the cheapest on the shelf but if you can I’d definitely recommend spending the extra 50c-$1 as you aren’t having to change them as often. I won’t be needing them anymore but I’m 100% going to keep buying them for my daughter.
I’m the kinda gal that can’t handle pads so I try to find the thinnest option possible. When my main choice was out of stock, I grabbed these thinking it was a safe backup.
I was left massively unimpressed. I didn’t find them to be thin at all, it resembled a smaller pad option. Maybe this is something that works for most others but It’s definetly not the liner for me or anyone that can’t handle pads.
These stay in place and don't bunch up or separate. They have a good width and I prefer the wings for extra piece of mind. The packaging is in fun colours. My daughter requests these as they're her preference. The night pads are good too to give you even more protection whether it's for bedtime or for a heavier flow. These are light to wear and don't feel bulky.
Tips: These are also good for extra protection with tampons.
Always make sure I have these in stock - I tend to use them once my period is getting super light and is tapering off/basically spotting on. They absorb well and the packaging makes it easy to carry a couple around in my handbag. They are a couple dollars more than other brands but I have used this brand for years and know I can trust it, so I think it is worth it.
U by Kotex has been my go-to brand for years now. The Sport Pads Super Wings and Overnight Long Wing Extra Pads consistently get me through heavy periods, with minimal leakage. I also like is how they don't move or bunch at all.
Tips: Stock up when they are on promotion!
I've just started using these and I will never go back! These are super absorbent and cause no irritation. They're the only pads I noticed that don't move or bunch up causing any leakage, the wings are always a better option! I like the overnight long thin ones which make you feel more protected and are great for heavy periods. They are a little expensive but definitely worth the price.
I usually buy these towards the end of my period as they are more for a light flow rather than when you first get it. I'm super heavy at the beginning so need something a little more protective.
But these are so discreet and comfortable and you don't feel like you are wearing anything especially if you are wearing tight jeans or pants. Don't leave a line if that makes sense.
I love how vibrant they are too - so the marketing team did a good job on these.
I love these products, they not only look great but they do a great job. Don't have any issues with it breaking down to easily or holding less than you were hoping for. Only reason I wouldn't use again is because of the environmental impact.
