Period care
If your looking for some extra protection and are wearing leggings and don't want the nappie look then this is a great product. I use these with my tampons on a heavy flow and they are that reassurance you need when u need a heads up before it gets to the embarrassing stage,
Tips: Yes . wear with tampons,save your knickers,and dont be caught off guard again,

My go to
These are quality pads. I love using these when I need a pad. I am an aunty and mother so having quality product that are affordable and reliable for use by all is a must. Nice and thin makes it more comfortable to wear in public
Tips: Keep pad and nappy bags in a fancy shoebox for visitors or young girls to use if needed in bathroom

Barely there
I'm usually a tampon girl but these are perfect for when your flow is lighter and a tampon isnt necessary. They have the strong absorption of a normal pad but with the discretion of a liner. Would also be perfect for someone new to their period and dont want the big bulky pads.

Loved the product and they are super soft and comfortable that you can hardly notice that it's there. It's great for when you have your light period and would 10/10 recommend for first time users.

You can hardly tell you have one on. I recently had to use these post miscarriage and you couldn’t tell I was wearing one under my gym tights
