These were not comfortable and I found that they moved around a lot so will not be using again in a hurry.

U by Kotex Ultra Thins Review
For an extremely thin AND highly absorbent pad, try U by Kotex® Ultrathins. They have micro<MAX Technology® – so they’re micro thin with max absorbency. The core has super absorbent materials including tiny granules that lock away fluid, so there’s much less opportunity for embarrassing leaks.
U by Kotex® Ultrathins are available in Regular, Super and Overnight absorbencies. Regular absorbency is great for everyday ‘regular-flow’ use and Super and Overnight absorbency is perfect for heavy flow and overnight use. So, we have you covered, no matter what your flow is like, or what you’re doing.

These are way to thin for me and I always end up leaking. They actually feel flimsy and uncomfortable when worn and just don't last very long. Thin pads aren't for me at all! The packaging is pretty cool, they look modern and the product itself would b fine if you have a light flow.
I didn’t like the way the pad sat, was way too stiff and does not hold much compared to other ultra thin reg pads. Will stick to my trusty Libra ones.
This is problem just personal preference but I found that with U ultra thins I just don't feel comfortable nor do they hold up for long.
Ok they are cute and the packaging is adorable for what it is, nicely brightly coloured. But what I have experienced from the range is that they don't hold up to women who have a highly than average flow. I went through the whole packet in a day!! normally a packet lasts me at least 2-3 days.
Its a hard thing to judge as I think that this brand and especially this level of protection would be ideally suited to the younger girls, the newbies to the period world, or for woman who have light short periods.
I’m the kinda gal that can’t handle pads so I try to find the thinnest option possible. When my main choice was out of stock, I grabbed these thinking it was a safe backup.
I was left massively unimpressed. I didn’t find them to be thin at all, it resembled a smaller pad option. Maybe this is something that works for most others but It’s definetly not the liner for me or anyone that can’t handle pads.
I found these products sucked the life out of me. My skin became horridly dry, everything became uncomfortable and it was a complete non-starter. They might be fun patterned but it's not worth it for me!
Tips: Avoid!
I tried these U by Kotex Ultre Thins because I am a sucker for the bright colours of the packaging. I used them as leakage protectors more than anything and I found them too long and wide for my liking. They did do a great job at leak protecting however and the colours get me cray excited so I am a faithful buy for back ups.
I brought these pads when i had a rather heavy flow an i got a leakage i dont think i will use them again but i love Kotex Night pads. i think these would be great for a light flow an young girls just getting their Periods or young teens . I gave a few to my 17 year old sister an she said they where great for at school.
Tips: ChaNge every hour or so .
I find these are best to use on lighter days than the full on time of the month, I find they don't absorb as well as others but are however really comfy to wear
Okay, not trying to be funny but these give me fanny rash!! For reals. Every time I have used this product they leave me with a really red and itchy/sore rash, a friend of mine has also experienced the same reaction when using these pads. I'm thinking there must be something within them that my skin has reacted to so I will not be using them again because that is not a fun time :(
