I am a little bit picky when it comes to sanitary pads. Of course, we, girls, need to have a reliable buddy during our monthlies. I find U by Kotex helpful since its lining is made of cottony material which lets the skin breathe as compared to the highly absorbent pads with plastic which can make you feel yucky. Also, it's thin so we can still manage to wear moderately skimpy pants without our pads bulging out. Its length also provides longer than average absorption 'life' though we still should change it from time to time for hygienic purposes. And lastly, it's easy on the pocket. And its packaging is flashy and cute, too.

U by Kotex Ultra Thins Review
For an extremely thin AND highly absorbent pad, try U by Kotex® Ultrathins. They have micro<MAX Technology® – so they’re micro thin with max absorbency. The core has super absorbent materials including tiny granules that lock away fluid, so there’s much less opportunity for embarrassing leaks.
U by Kotex® Ultrathins are available in Regular, Super and Overnight absorbencies. Regular absorbency is great for everyday ‘regular-flow’ use and Super and Overnight absorbency is perfect for heavy flow and overnight use. So, we have you covered, no matter what your flow is like, or what you’re doing.

These are great they are super comtable to wear they are so thin they can not be seen threw tight pants and have wings that hold to the knickers unlike other brands I find them soft and they do not make me react like most pads on the market They also offer bright colours on the outer wrappers for a little fun and I find it makes it easy to find when I looking threw my bag for one :)
I am not brand loyal, but my drawers (not my underpants) seem to be filled with U by Kotex products as they are always giving away free full sized samples. I had recently been getting ones where there was a cute pattern on the pad, but they must have changed it as they are now just a bit boring!
One thing that really irks me about these pads is that since they have changed them, they are now super long, almost as long as the pads you can get for at night, and that frustrates the hell out of me because it bunches in my butt!! My butt is not hungry for that!! (Or anything!!! Except undies...) It's really uncomfortable. they're also getting noisier and I feel like I'm wearing a nappy :-(
They don't leak though, which is good. I have had a few where the sticky patches have stuck to themselves, and that's super annoying too, but now as bad as butt bunching.
I'd repurchase these for sure, but I have a feeling I might branch out to something else to see how well something else works.
I always find it so hard to review these types of products, but here goes:
U by Kotex is often on sale at my local supermarket, so I do pick these up fairly regularly.
I really like the design and colour scheme of the wrappers - they're cheerful, and to be honest at that time of the month I need as much help being cheerful as possible, haha!
I also really like that the wrappers are soft rather than really plasticy, as they make less noise when you open them.
They are fairly comfy to wear, they definitely are thin, and I haven't had any awkward leaking incidents with them. So for that, I reckon they do a really good job.
However, I prefer the Libra ultra-thin equivalent, as I find them slightly softer and more comfortable while still being really thin and unobtrusive. The downside is that they are often slightly more expensive, so if this brand is on sale I'll pick it up over the Libra ones.
In summary: they do what they say, and so I'd recommend them to others, and will probably repurchase!
Ok so i like the fact that it has designs on it....unusual but cool the only thing i found that i didnt like about this product was that it made me very itchy down there within half n hour of wearing one, i found that quite strange so i just keep them as a last resort/ back up incase i ever run out and get stuck :)
I received some of these as part of a sample and I'm really impressed. They're comfortable, super absorbent, easy to put on/take off and feel very light. And the packaging and pretty designs are just too adorable.
Buying this product is great for teens and young women who need to buy their own sanitary pads as the box is quite discreet if your not looking closely. Its black and it has a clear strip so you can see the colourful, individually wrapped pads safely inside. Not just for young ones though any woman of any age can buy them and have them safely stored in Their handbags.
Having them individually wrapped is more hygienic and the wrapper is part of the pad almost. When you go to use them all you have to do is pull at the wrapper and it unfolds itself and is ready to stick to your underwear. This is an awesome feature if your in a hurry or if you dont like fiddling with the sticky tabs. They are comfy and thin so they don't show when your wearing jeans. Overall they're a pretty great product.
Tips: Best use for in the day.
These are great. I have a light flow so I'm not worried about leakages or anything. They also don't move at all.
I normally find that products like these are ridiculously over priced but these aren't too badly priced.
The packaging is very bright and colourful so it makes it less depressing when it arrives every month.
I have purchased these ultra thins from New World many times over the years, alongside several other brands. They come in very colourful and attractive packaging.
Initially I used them to back up my tampons, but now they are very useful with approaching menopause, for my much lighter periods. I especially like that they are light to wear and invisible under long pants.
I find them sufficiently absorbent for what they are designed for, and find them comfortable, as they don't move around or fold at the back like some brands can do. The wings are great to hold them in place and I'd never return to a product that didn't have wings now.
I recommend these to everyone to try, as they are comfortable, clean, absorbent, easy to wear and use, and as economical as any other brand.
The pads themselves are very good, with a decent absorbency level. The adhesive actually stays in place too (I struggle to find ones that stick). Never leaked!
