Tips: Just remember its different to everyone so it may not work on you.
I got this as part of the Clean&Clear; Advantage Pimple Control Kit, so I have a smaller version of the product. The product comes in a grey and navy bottle; not the most attractive packaging. There is a pop top lid, which is inconvenient for a moisturizer as it means the bottle has to be turned upside down to dispense product, and I always end up with too much product dispensed.
The moisturizer is white in colour and has a thin consistency, and it's very easy to end up splattering it everywhere. It has that typical chemical-acne product scent, which I really don't like in a moisturizer as the scent will be sitting on my face all day.
I have oily skin, and go from having clear skin to intense breakouts. This made my oily skin even oilier. It didn't do what it promised at all. My pimples weren't in control, this product appears to have made them worse. I continued getting breakouts whilst using this and my skin was left feeling oily, not soft and smooth.
I think the other products in the advantage rang are okay, but this just didn't work for me so I won't repurchase.
This product really put me off non-natural products. While it moisturized and helped with pimple control it was just so chemical feeling that I really didn't enjoy using it.
I think the problem with this product is it isn't for all skin types and they don't advertise that. My skin was a bit dry and sensitive when I used this product and I think to use this product your skin needs to be more robust.
The bottle was user friendly and it did do what it said it would, so a good product, just not for me.
I purchased a C&C advantage kit which contains this moisturizer.
Its a white thin lotion consistency. It dries very quick once you apply and leave your face matte which i love. I actually havent found any moisturizer which leave matte finish like this. They all looks oily and greasy.
When apply, it has minty cooling affect which i very like and i feel like its killing bacterial which cause acne . However, on some sensitive area of my skin (sides of my nose, around my mouth) feels tingling and sometimes burning. Im fine with that because it fades quick.
My skin is nice and soft after i use this. However, i dont find it moisturize enough. I always have to use another moisturizer on my cheeks and around my mouth.
Overall i quite like this moisturizer. Although its not moist enough but its supposed for acne skin which is usually oily so i dont mind to use extra moisturizer.
My skin texture is more even, redness is relief since i use this moisturizer and the C&C kit.
I don't know where exactly to start with this product. I bought it as part of the whole kit you can buy. And I absolutely detest it, but I love the cleanser, toner, and spot treatment etc.
The moisturiser made my face sting, it was in a burning sensation way. I looked the product up to see why this was happening and some other people had said that it did te same thing to them aswell. From then on I stopped using it.
In total I used it for about a week and a half and I found it didn't agree with my skin type, which is natural/oily, and it just made it oilier. I decided to use the pack without the moisturiser and used a different one and my skin began to clear up.
Although the product visually looks great I don't recommend purchasing it!
Tips: I'm going to say don't buy this product! Unless your buying it as part of the pack, that way you don't have to use it but your skin will still gradually become clear.
I bought this whole range in a kit for $20 last year as i was curious to see what facial cleanser, etc actually did for your skin. I have found that i always tend to run out of moisturiser before anything else. I found that this range really benefited my skin and as the name states great pimple control. I found my skin looked fresh and flawless. This moisturiser was super hydrating for my skin and the formula isn't to heavy.
I purchased this as part of the trial kit. This moisturiser stung my face so I didn't use for very long. However I do like the moisturiser similar to this one from the daily essentials range.
Tips: Purchase in trial kit to save money
I use this as part of the whole kit (apart from the toner).
In my opinion, this moisturiser is a great night time moisturiser to sooth and hydrate your skin after a day of makeup. When using this moisturiser my skin is left feeling smooth and soft.
It is more of a liquid moisturiser than a cream one, I find this great because it takes a while for the product to sink right into my skin, and once it does, my skin feels baby soft and clean. It is also cooling and makes my face feel really fresh.
The packaging is clean and simple, and it has a great price point. It is an affordable and recommended skincare product that does it's job.
Tips: Use the rest of the kit too (except the toner if you have dry skin)
I was gifted this in a pack along with the toner, and pimple control cleanser. I found this to be a step up in quality compared to the other products - which burnt my skin.
The packaging on this moisturiser is cute and compact, and doesn't look too crowded etc. The design means the moisturiser is easy to squeeze out - except for the last quarter or so.
The moisturiser smells nice and isn't too overly strong, and is a nice white colour.
I found that it was an okay moisturiser for it's retail price - I would definitely buy the moisturiser separately if I needed a cheap, decent moisturiser.
Tips: Apply immediately after you've washed your face with a hot face cloth and dried, whilst the skin is still damp. Ultimate smoothness!
I bought this in a pack with the toner and cleanser. Using these products did control pimples but dried my skin out too much. For a moisturiser this did nothing for the dryness.
