Tips: Do two shampoos and one conditioner to properly wash your hair. With the shampoo scrub your roots for a minute then let it sit for a minute then rise and repeat. And with the conditioner only use it in the endes not the roots and let it sit for 2-3 minutes before rising out.
This smelt nice and fresh so I thought I would give it a try. With all the clays I was a little concerned that it might be too drying but I planned to use when my roots were oily. I got a big bottle for about $5 on special. I wouldn't use this every time I wash my hair as I think it could still potentially be drying and take colour out of my hair fast. Ideally this is a clarify detoxify type shampoo I think. Also over use will stimulate more oil production from your scalp. My hair felt clean after use and soft but it wasn't super soft or amazing. The scent did seem to gently linger in my hair for a little bit so that's good I like strong scents these days but this is not overpowering or very strong but good to know it lingers. The shampoo itself is not clear reminded me of an anti dandruff shampoo. I haven't bought the conditioner to go with this. I don't shampoo twice unless I feel like I have to and I didn't with this. It lathered easily and I didn't need to use alot. Does the job of cleaning your hair but I am not convinced it hydrated my ends I don't really understand how a shampoo can clean roots of oil and hydrate the ends. I'm not saying I'd not use this again but I'm not in a big rush to get another bottle.
I adore this product. From the smell to the positive effect on my hair, I doubted the product as hype but it was one of few options available that actually made a difference in terms of removing gunk from your scalp. This was a clean that actually felt Clean.
I preferred this as a once a fortnight/every now and then, to detox my hair/scalp. I found this using this product exclusively, long term didn't work for my hair type.
The only reason this ever left my beauty routine was down to my supermarket removing it from their shelves and after a while I forgot about it, with it being somewhat more difficult to access.
I always enjoy the fragrances they use in their hair care products. Prior to using this my hair had been heavy and weighed down by silicone styling products. The first time I used this product my hair felt lighter and looked healthier. After the 3rd use my hair began to feel Iifeless and limp. I would use this once a month as a treatment to deep clean your hair and scalp and remove all the dirt and built up product.
this shampoo cleans oily hair very well ,but your hair will feel dry if you dont use any conditioner ,my hair did become oily longer than before so i think this did work to control the oil but just not that nourishing the ends ,but its good enough for a shampoo you just need to use their conditioner as well
I was absolutely stoked with how my hair feels while using this product. I now only use this as my shampoo/conditioner. Having oily roots and dry ends means sometimes its hard finding the right product that doesnt leave your scalp itchy. This has definitely help a lot in terms of an itchy scalp and oily roots.
Tips: I shampoo twice before using the conditioner.
Great option for a supermarket shampoo brand. Affordable, always on special, smells fantastic and really really works for oily hair. Although I feel it dulls hair slightly which I guess would be caused by the “clay” part. I would defintely purchase again when on a budget
Tips: Great for oily hair
Sadly I couldn't. I have a scalp that I like to call Dandruff prone. A shampoo either works for me or it doesn't. This one sadly didn't.
I like to only wash my hair twice a week. Generally at the start of the week and at the end of the week. Even so in still keeping my routine the same I found this shampoo left my roots so oily and slick.
By the end of the bottle my Dandruff was back with a vengeance and my hair and head were not loving me.
I dye my hair regularly so was looking for a shampoo that wold hydrate my ends and keep my hair looking soft and shiny. When in fact it did the opposite and my ends looked worse after using this product.
I personally won't be using this again but I felt it was worth giving a go.
Reasonably priced for $6, I've seen it on special for less, so if you love this product keep an eye out for the deals :)
I have oily roots and dry ends, but also quite a dry and flakey scalp. I thought I would give this a go to see if it helped out my hair and scalp issues. While it didn't make it any worse, I didn't think there was any marked improvement in the oiliness of my roots, and my scalp seemed to get a little worse, I guess as there wasn't anything specifically targeting the scalp dryness. A shame as I really liked the scent, and it was nice to use, lathered well and the container stands up well in the shower.
Tips: Maybe avoid if you have a dry scalp.
Occasionally my hair tends to get quite greasy and was recommended to try it out, I absolutely love the smell of this product which kind of reminds me of the one for colored hair. Would recommend this for anybody looking to control oily or dry hair on a budget
Tips: Repeat if needed
