I love this conditioner and always have a bottle of it in my bathroom.
It has a very refreshing smell and yes it does smell like peppermint/tea tree (not super strong though) but if you aren't a fan of this smell then I recommend you skip this conditioner.
This is one of Giovanni's "medium" moisture conditioners so don't expect 'hair mask' results but it will leave your hair feeling nice and soft.
2 of its claims are that it "Increases scalp circulation" and "Alleviates dry, flaking scalp". It contains rosemary, peppermint and tea tree oils so yes it will help with circulation and dry scalp.
Giovanni can be expensive in NZ. I purchase mine online which makes it much more affordable.
This product is free of paraffin, mineral oil, parabens and silicones. It is also cruelty free (and vegan).
