If you love thick moisturiser, or want something that maybe you don't need to use as frequently this is it. I have had painfully dry legs for ages and get eczema on my back, I use this about 2-3 times a week and its help so much. Its extremely thick so if you aren't into that maybe not the best but they keeps my leg moisturised for days after use without the need to continue to do it.

Tips: Best to use at night as not the greatest at sinking in.
Every product I have tried so far from this brand really suits my dry and sensitive skin! I love the simple yet stylish white packaging - the pump is convenient and hygenic.
This product is very moisturising and nourishing - perfect for those dry legs and heels you get in summer. It's a thick formula and really is good at hydrating.
I use this and the other products also, the moisturisers and cleansers.
Perfect for my dry skin. 5 stars.
It's very occlusive so it's good for rebuilding your skin barrier. I bought it when I had eczema on my face and my normal moisturiser just wasn't enough. I still use it on my face on days when my skin feels too dry. I also use it on my elbows if they get too dry. Another good thing about it is that it doesn't contain any paraphine so it doesn't clog pores. It is quite thick though, so I recommend spreading it on your hands and then gently patting your skin instead of just rubbing it in your skin. Otherwise it feels like an unpleasant film on your skin. Overall, it's a good option in case you have some skin conditions, but if your skin is healthy and just sensitive, I recommend looking for something more sensory pleasant.
This is a thick moisturiser that is perfect for the cold winter months, it does make your skin shiny a little but in the winter it's not such a bad thing. This will last you all day. my daughter uses it as she has eczema, and her skin never dries out during the day. This also doesn't have much of a fragrance, so you don't need to worry about clashing with perfume or colognes. I wouldn't use this in the summer as its quite thick - use something lighter like the Lipikar Lait.
Tips: It may be too thick for your skin, but it is perfect to apply around any dry skin areas around your fingernails.
La Roche-Posay Lipikar Baume AP+ is a game-changer for dry skin. Its rich, non-greasy formula deeply hydrates, leaving skin velvety smooth with a slight sheen. The soothing effect is instant, making it a must-have for anyone battling dryness or irritation.
Tips: It is thick and hands need a wipe afterwards. Great to take on a summer beach camping where the sun and salt dehydrates your skin.
This product was in my Christmas BB 2023 and is a product I would never thought of purchasing but now is a new consideration for the future. I am a constant gardener and although I wear gloves my arms get scratched and dry spots which I also scratch which makes them worse. I have been applying this balm every night for a month and my skin has improved so much. The plus is I no longer aggravate the marks as the itchiness is gone. The balm is very thick so I let it do it's magic overnight .It comes in a really good pump bottle with a lock so easy to pack if traveling too.
Tips: I like to apply a little after my shower and as it does take a while to absorb I prefer to apply a heavier amount at night.
Really good for dry hands and body. Slightly stingy when first applied but really healing and hydrating on dry and dehydrated skin. Not too rich and no fragrance either.
Tips: I use a thick layer on my hands and apply cotton gloves overnight for a hand treatment
La Roche-Posay® Lipikar Baume AP+ comes in a 400ml pump bottle.
After showering, I apply over my body but not my face. I was surprised with the thick consistency and having a pump dispenser. But this works perfectly fine.
When applying, my skin feels instantly moisturised, soft and smooth. So, a big tick from me.
My hands are especially happy to be so moisturised and around my nails too.
Lovely moisturiser.
Tips: La Roche-Posay® Lipikar Baume AP+ does take a moment to absorb, so give yourself enough time in your routine.
