Is a nice moisturiser. It made my face feel soft and smooth without the Shiney sticky feel. My skin felt and looked hydrated straight after but that nice hydrated feel didnt last for too long. I felt like after an hour or so i needed to apply more. It absorbed nicely into my skin when applying. It has a nice subtle scent to it. It comes in a classy looking pottle but I do prefer tube packaging for its better hygiene. It was a nice product but I feel it wasn't quite suited to my skin. My skin is normal to combination. It's worth a try but I don't think I will repurchase xx

Reviews
I would always prefer a pump or tube or some other hygienic packaging rather than a jar, and Olay's jars are particularly bad with that hard-to-remove, vacuum-sticky, tiny-handled inside lid. But that aside, this is a nice, medium-light-weight cream with a pleasant, mildly citrus scent. It spreads easily, sinks in nicely and leaves my skin feeling comfortable and moisturised.
Unfortunately, my previous cream was the Olay Luminous AHA. I loved that one so much that I thought I'd try this Antioxidant version, which is supposed to be more targeted for dryness and wrinkles (my main issues). However, I find it less hydrating (my skin feels dry again a few hours later, even though I pile it on), less plumping and less smoothing than the AHA one was. For me, it's simply a pleasant moisturiser. Nothing more.
I think it could work for me in summer, when my skin's less needy, and it could be perfect for someone with less dry skin, as it's a lovely cream to use, but I likely won't be buying this one again.
Tips: Probably worth trying if your skin's in the 'normal' range.
I have been using this moisturiser twice a day for over two weeks along with the serum. I have really noticed my skin is less dry and much more plump looking. It feels silky to put on and absorbs really well. The scent is quite strong, like a fruity sweet scent, but seems to disappear once it’s rubbed in. My skin is hydrated all day and much smoother and supple. I did find the plastic seal on the lid really fiddly to get off. I do prefer to use it at night as it can feel a little heavy or sticky under makeup but it depends on what makeup I’m wearing. Overall I think this is an affordable daily moisturiser that hydrates, smooths and plumps really beautifully and I’d continue to use it.
Tips: Make sure to use spf as this doesn’t contain any. Also, use the Olay Antioxidant (Vitamin B3, C, E) Super Serum in conjunction with this moisturiser for beautifully hydrated, smooth skin.
This is an affordable moisturizer that smells nice and hydrates my skin. The seal under the lid was really hard to get off but having done so it now does it’s job perfectly. I have used the Moisturizer every day in conjunction with the Serum. I felt my skin responded well, I have normal to dry skin and it helped to plump and hydrate, I liked the feel and texture of it, it wasn't greasy and gave an easy base to my make up.
The moisturizer had a pleasant scent that I found quite nice (I’m really not a scented facial product girl as it normally irritates my eyes) but this was lovely and didn’t linger. The mosituriser doesn’t appear to contain any SPF so I do need to be mindful of this. I felt that the pottle was a generous size and after using it in the morning and at night there was still a lot of product left so I feel whilst it isn’t a cheap product it is good value for money.
Tips: Just let it settle for a couple of minutes, It is a little tacky to touch if you don't.
This is a creamy texture like usual creams have. I thought it felt really light when I took it from the bottle into palm of my hand. So I combined the Olay antioxidant serum and this cream for my skin routine for about 5 days and 5 nights. I felt it releases a lot of oil on my combination skin by the time its time to wake up. I tried using it just during 3 nights with the serum and it had my skin oily next mornings. I did feel the less oily parts of my skin as very hydrated though. But the oily parts started breaking out and got some acne out of using this moisturiser. Even when I used just a pea size. I am sure it must suit someone with very dry skin or dry skin. But this one is not for me. And I had to stop using after 8 days of use. I gave it most benefit of doubt even when I had acne after the 3rd day of use.
The packaging is alright and the second white handle protective lid beneath the main lid, is hard to pick up as the bottle creates suction once closed. So when you pick it, hard one there. However not too bad.
I prefer gel based moisturisers and this one is not for me. But thanks BR for the trial.
Wow I've got to say this is actually absolutely amazing stuff. For someone who has sensitive/combination skin and finds most creams and serums still causes my skin to get oily this actually doesn't seem to do it. I was using the cream in the morning and serum at night and my skin is a lot smoother than I thought it would get. Love the warning about using sunscreen and not being in the sun for a prolonged time which in all honesty I don't have issues with anyway but thinking about people that would be out in the sun daily it's great to see.
I love the combination of using this alongside the super serum. I’ve been using this as part of my skincare routine morning and night. I have noticed that my skin feels softer and smoother. My skin also feels more hydrated. The product works well under make up also. The moisturiser does have a light fragrance, so just keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to fragrance. I quite liked the fragrance as it wasn’t overpowering and just added something nice to the experience. I will keep using this product to see if I do notice a reduction in any noticeable early signs of ageing. Overall, excellent product and I’m happy with the positive results so far.
Tips: Spray a face mist on your face before applying your skincare and the products will soak in better and it helps to lock in the hydration!
This has to be the best moisturirser that I have tried, I am so impressed with it.
My skin is so soft and glowing, The texture of my skin has improved, there's no irritation and my face is left feeling hydrated and healthy,
I love how the formula is non greasy and it doesn't clog my pores- that is a big bonus for me. It has a smell to it but that disappears after application. This is an overall good moisturiser.
I used this with the Olay Antioxidant Super Serum and I am very happy with the results.
As a background to my skin type, I have combination skin that is typically oily on my nose/chin and normal elsewhere. I’m prone to the occasional breakout on my chin. I turn 30 this year and due to this I'm starting to think about using products that will address any early signs of aging.
Growing up, my only exposure to the brand Olay was that my mum would use their sensitive moisturising lotion religiously! I can still smell the exact lotion she used in my mind! For this reason, I never really considered trying Olay products as I always associated them with my mum's generation. Well I'm happy to report that this trial has completely changed my mind on Olay and this product is certainly not my mum's moisturiser!
I really like the packaging. It's a heavy feeling red plastic pot with a silver lid that certainly looks expensive.
Now on to the actual product… The first thing I noticed when I took off the lid is the smell. It smells deliciously tropical to me, and certainly nothing like the Olay lotion my mum used. The moisturiser itself lightweight yet creamy at the same time. The first time I used it, I used more product then required and it took a while to absorb. After this, I used less product and found that it covered my whole face easily and absorbed nicely after about a minute. A little goes a long way!
My skin looked glowy after use and never felt dry or too oily. Although I can be prone to breakouts, I never experienced any while using this product. My skin does look smoother, healthier, and softer since using this product.
Overall, I’ve really enjoyed using this product and I’ve liked the effect it’s had on my skin. If you have oily/combination skin, want to address early signs of aging, you’re looking for a moisturiser that makes your skin glow, and the price suits you, I would certainly recommend giving this product a try! Don't write off Olay, they've undergone a serious upgrade since I last looked!
I love love this product. I’ve been using this as part of my skincare routine morning and I have noticed that my skin feels softer and smoother. Especially my neck area which has become problematic with age. I absolutely adore the fragrance, it smells just like a Peach Smoothie. It soaks in instantly and is just perfect for under makeup. I have used the original Olay for decades and this beats it hands down. Will be my new go to.
Tips: Great for the neck area.
