Another staple product in my bathroom. Hair product removal lasts about 2 months sometimes longer which is great. As with every depilatory cream that I have used so far, the smell is far from desireable but results make it worth it for me. One draw back that I do find is the "Perfect Touch" Spatula. This doesn't work for me so I don't use it and just apply the cream with my fingers.

Tips: The best way to remove the cream after the waiting time is with a flannel. I find this helps to effectively remove all product and hair.
I use it in the shower and I did not like it. I hate the strong smell and hate how it makes my legs go red and sore. I did do a good job removing my hair but the feeling after-removing is not nice. Would not buy it again.
While the sensitive cream is less irritating to my skin than the normal hair removal cream it does still irritate my skin on occassion. I do not think its it good value for money as I only get 2-3 uses out of a tube of cream for my legs. I usually only Veet hair removal cream if I want smooth legs for 3-4 days instead of 2-3 days.
I have very sensitive skin, and so I've always had hair removal troubles.. Waxing= rash and huge ingrown hairs, shaving= rash and sores. So i thought I'd give this ago. I wasn't crazy about putting heaps of chemicals on my skin, but it claimed this was fine for sensitive skin, but it wasn't. I followed the directions exactly, and ended up with smooth legs, however soon after washing it off I got a red, raised bumpy rash on my legs. I also stupidly tried this on my arm pits, as it says you can do so, but that started burning after a couple of minutes so I took it off- so it only removed about half of the hair, and I was left with sore, red, rashy pits. I would definitely use this again if I hadn't had a bad reaction to it, but sadly it's just not right for me. Beware if you give it a go! I would NOT recommend for sensitive skin! Now I've just given up on hair removal for winter...
Tips: Use the spatula to scrape the product and hair off, don't just try to rinse it off or some of the hairs will remain.
I have been using this product for years - I don't use it all the time but when I let my legs go, this is the product I reach for when I know shaving will take far too long!!
It is so easy to use, I squeeze the product onto the spatula provided then smooth it over my legs - I like to form a good layer of it (not too thin) - I wait out the time suggested which is 3 minutes (sometimes I go a bit longer, maybe 5minutes, if my legs are super hairy), then with the other end of the spatula I scrape the cream off, the hair always comes off with ease.
The only downfalls are that it doesnt have a pleasant smell, it's not gross but it's not nice. It also won't work on really short hair and sometimes the scraping can get a little sore but it's bearable.
We all face the issues of removing unwanted hair from our body. There are many options for the same like waxing, epilators, razors, laser treatments and the most recent one, IPL hair removal. But the most handy one is to use a hair removal cream though I don't prefer it over waxing or epilation but sometimes when I am in a hurry and don't have the patience to sit for waxing or epilating, I do use this hair removal cream.
The cream has a thick consistency, but it spreads quite easily and covers the area from which the hair needs to be removed. I don't feel any kind of sensation, itching, burning while the cream is on. The only thing I detest is the awful smell. Sometimes, I have to reapply as all hair are not removed. But, after that my skin does feel very soft devoid of obnoxious hair. I quickly take a shower after using it to get rid of the smell. Skin remains hair free for a week and after which I start to see small hair growing out. The packaging is quite handy as well.
Its a good quick fix and always comes in handy when you don't have much time and so I would repurchase it!
I have used this product many times over the years. I have a love/hate relationship with it though.
I have used this on my legs, underarms and upper lip.
I hate the scent of all hair removal creams, they are just too strong for my liking and they can be a messy product to use sometimes also. The consistency is a typical cream, not too thick nor runny and easy to apply on your skin.
On my legs, this product seemed to only work in certain areas, I would have to reapply and wait again which was a hassle so I stopped using it on my legs. However, on my underarms and upper lip, it worked great and had a lasting affect. I generally would use it on my upper lip every fortnight and once a week on my underarm area.
I did not have any reactions to this product and it left my skin feeling soft and smooth.
I have repurchased this product for my daughter to use on her underarms and she is happy, I however, probably will not use it again as I prefer to wax or use my epilator now. Ladies with sensitive skin might find this product perfect for them though.
I tried this because a friend recommended it to me, for her it does exactly what it's meant to, every time and she loves it. It didn't work so well on me unfortunately... I used it on my legs and left it on for about 7mins (i forgot to set the timer!) and rubbed it off with a towel in the shower. It worked well in some areas, in others it looked like I hadn't used it at all! I think the problem is that I have really dry skin, so when I put it on, it pretty much just soaked straight into my skin. I reapplied in some around my lower leg, and that's where it worked the best. I will try this again, but making sure my legs are not too dry beforehand. Areas of my legs stung a bit for a few hours afterwards too, but that was ok after I moisturised. The day after my legs were fine with no areas of redness etc. I actually found the smell quite pleasant for a hair removal cream, it was not that strong and definitely better than others I've tried in the past.
Tips: Use a small towel/washcloth to rub it off while you're in the shower - just rinsing doesn't remove the hair as well.
I have used Veet hair removal products for many years. I particularly like this one because my skin has gotten more sensitive over the years. I don't use it often now, preferring a professional wax, but use it sometimes for peach fuzz instead of shaving.
It comes in a pretty coloured box with the Veet logo and has a mild fragrance (although I'm not a fan of the smell of depilatory creams - they have a kind of pain memory that goes with the smell).
The cream is a soft, toothpaste-y consistency and spreads easily on the skin. After leaving it for a few minutes it comes off easily (damp make up pad or facecloth with cold water) taking all the hair with it. Usually it leaves no marks but just occasionally (hormones?) it leaves a slightly burning rash that lasts all day. I also found the area it was used on can sometimes be irritated by cleansing/moisturising products or foundations up to 24 hours after use, and burns if I forget and apply progesterone cream after using it.
Overall I think this is a good product and I would recommend it. The price is a good average price for the quality of the product.
Tips: Use very cold water to wash it off and don't apply progesterone cream where you have used it!!
This come is a soft mushy tube with white cream.I would prefer a different typeof container as it is easy to squeeze too much and at the end it is hard to get the last amount out. The smell is yukky as with all hair removal creams -Why I don't know but the product does exactly what is says it does. i use on upper lip and bikini line and I find if I follow instructions and pot a reasonable amount of coverage on and leave for a good 5 minutes and use the spatula against the grain of the hair I end up with a nice clean finish. I would recomment to a friend as it does do the job well and I don't like waxing and have never got the nack of that. Price wise it is standard but often on special so worth stocking up at this time.
Tips: Don't leave on too long on sensitive areas as your skin can get a burn and moisturise after use.
