These are great for all areas of the body, not just the face as stated. BUT - they should have the same amount of wipes as they do wax strips? Not sure why they don't!

I have pale yellowy olive skin, and dark brown hair. I have enough hair on my upper lip that it bothers me, so I have been waxing it off for years and have tried lots of different kinds of wax strips. I’ve never bothered to get it done by a beautician as I find it’s so easy and cheap to do in the privacy of your own home. I tend to wax every couple of months, with tweezing in between to maintain. I find that even blonde upper lip hair becomes super noticeable in the sun, so I much prefer to wax rather than bleach.
Before use, I always warm the strips up really well. I use body heat or warm the strips up in my hands. This makes the product much softer and ensures that the wax is evenly distributed on both sides of the strip. I rip the strip back in the opposite direction of the hair growth and use baby oil to remove any wax residue. I then wash my face with a gentle cleanser. I don’t bother using the after waxing towelettes that come with the kit – I find that you never get enough for the number of strips, and that baby oil does just as good a job.
My skin is red immediately after use, and occasionally will develop some irritation a day after use, usually in the same spot – right at the end of the wax strip. Onto the product itself - it does the job, and it does it well. The strips are a good size and easy to use. I don't get my skin being pulled off (ouch!). I will buy them again.
Work well, fit perfectly on lip. Not as good as other brands but do the job. Occasionally because they are paper not plastic the strips rip - especially in winter.
My go to for doing my eyebrows and removing excess facial hair. Works well but not outstanding. Sometimes need to go over areas a few times. Would be nice if more wipes were supplied because there are far more wax strips than wipes so they have to be reused which I feel is kind of gross and unhygenic.
Face it, nobody really enjoys waxing. The veet ready to use wax strips for face did make the process a little easier though. Just warm them between your hands, peel, apply and bye bye facial hair! The tab on the end did make it easier to get a grip and I did feel that this helped to get a cleaner finish. My one criticism would be that I normally cut wax strips in half to use on my upper lip but think it would be difficult with the length of these.
I had been using these for years to get rid of unwanted facial hair on my upper lip. The pre-waxed strips are easy to use, although I do find that they can be harsh - painful to remove and sometimes it feels like the strip is taking off a thin layer of skin as well as the unwanted hairs.
Compared to Nad’s Facial Wand Eyebrow Shaper (which I now use on my upper lip) the Veet Wax Strips are much more painful and leave the skin on my lip looking red and irritated for longer. With the Veet Strips, I am apprehensive to re-wax an area where hairs may have been left behind, but will happily re-wax a section if I’m using Nad’s Eyebrow Shaper as it’s much more gentle.
I tend to use these Veet Face Strips on my bikini line, belly button and feet (yes, unfortunately I have hairy toes that need waxing too). The strips are perfect for these areas and work really well.
Tips: When you run out of wipes, use a little baby oil or tissue oil on a cotton pad to remove any excess wax residue.
I resently purchased this product. It was okay to use on my upper lip. It removed most of the hair and was extremely painful but I also need to say I don't like removing sticking plastics because of the pain. I think it did a okay job but I think it's weird you get 20 strips and only 4 wipes.
Tips: Buy baby oil at the same time.
Great for the upper lip. Can be a bit sticky but nothing too major. Picks up and removes most even little hairs
I didn't find it did the trick for me. Much more painful than I expected it to be. It also missed a lot of hairs and would need more than one pack to get the result I wanted
Tips: Unsure
I always try to keep a package of these on hand in my bathroom cupboard for in-between getting my brows done. They are incredibly handy to cut into a small section to remove stray hairs easily and quickly when you don't have time to stand around with a pair of tweezers. I haven't had any issues with wax residue being left behind, the little odd bit wipes away effortlessly with the supplied wipes or a smidge of baby oil.
