Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Review

I love Flowerbomb by Viktor and Rolf! The scent is beautiful and feminine but also has a warmth to it which I really like in a perfume as I tend to get a headache if my perfume is too sharp. Might splash out for the shower wash and moisturiser next to add some more layering to the scent

This perfume totally took the world by storm when it came out! I was given a bottle of it from a dear friend and loved it so much, I also purchased one for my mum! Such a spicy perfume and you can really smell the freesia in it.

5th bottle in... Such an amazing investment! Very floral and sweet, however not candy sweet and overpowering. Stays on all day. It is definitely a more expensive perfume unfortunately but don't need a lot to feel great!

A true sign of a good perfume is how it warms to your skin (that's why I always recommend spraying the perfume at the chemist etc and walking around for a least an hour, because the scent changes so much after an hour). Flower bomb is such a special perfume and it's feminine yet musky scent.

I love this perfume. I really love the bottle, there is a real dichotomy between the grenade shape of the bottle and the real feminine fragrance within. The fragrance is quite sweet and floral but not overpoweringly so. To be honest my nose is not strong enough to identify the signature notes but it always reminds me of a bunch of freshly picked garden flowers. If the scent were given a colour it would be without doubt pink as it is quite girly (although in a grown up womanly way !) Yes it is pricey but as other reviewers have stated, you don't need to apply lots or more during the day, it has a lingering scent which on me changes as the day progresses. Very fresh initially and then fades to a warmer subtle fragrance towards the end of the day. Whenever I wear this, it makes me feel really special.

I love this fragrance it is now my signature scent. I first smelt it on a friend and made sure to try it myself a good 3 or 4 times before purchasing as I don't like heavy floral scents. It's amazing it's fresh yet seductive with vanilla notes which are my favourite. I will definitely repurchase when my first bottle is all gone. Awesome packaging too.

I was lucky enough to receive this perfume for my birthday and it is the most luxurious, feminine scent. From the moment I opened this perfume I loved it - even the boxing it comes in is well designed and the bottle is the cutest grenade like shape. The smell is soft and sweet with a touch of vanilla. It lasts all day which is good for the price you pay! I am so lucky to have received this as a gift because I could definitely not afford this for myself. This will have to be a sometimes fragrance because it is so expensive and I never want it to end.

I used to use this perfume everyday, that is until I started running out! I cannot dare to let this perfume run out now, especially when I am unable to replace it because it is so expensive. I use this perfume now for special occasions, the scent lasts for hours and I always receive compliments. This was probably one of the best Christmas presents I have ever received, I 100% recommend it!

I had this given to me as a gift by my mother-in-law. I must say the packaging was rather lovely and most likely what made her purchase it. It's in a lovely little bottle and looks rather nice on my dresser. As for the smell, it is not as young and fruity as I normally go for in perfumes and my initial thoughts were how it was quite strong and over powering but a very nice smell.

I decided to give it a while to grow on me, and that it did! I have used this while wearing a jacket and smelt the jacket a few weeks later and the smell is still great. It's very long lasting and as I've just learnt the price, so it should be :)

I don't think I'll buy it again as it's not my usual, but I will enjoy using it. I would also recommend this to anyone who likes a long lasting perfume that lingers in a good way.

I have to admit that i bought this just because i loved the packaging. It's taken me about a year to actually come to like the fragrance. I found it overwhelming in the beginning but now, after about 2 hours of wearing, it smells so, so pretty. It's very expensive, but you needn't use much as it's one of those scents that lingers on the skin.
