Juicy Couture Viva la Juicy Review

I recently decided to bite the bullet and get this honey due to all the hype about it, some positive peer pressure and then the dreaded 50% off sale (While I was on holiday in South Africa). It was going to happen and I had no control over it.

I think I couldve been every sales assistant delight because my first spray and my first smell sent me into this heavenly frenzy and they probably knew it wouldnt take much to convince me. It was love at first smell and I wanted to keep spraying the tester all over me. The assistants were really tactful and dignified because they kindly took the bottle away from me hahaha. That beautifully gold encrusted bottle with pink ribbon had already sold itself to me when I laid eyes on it!

The first time I wore it people definitely noticed that I was wearing something unique and very different to the senses. (Its not that huge in SA).

The smell is incredibly fresh and literally smells like you took a bite out of some fruits. Its definitely my kind of girly, playful, sensational, take me serious, pay attention to me kind of smell to the perfume which makes it perfect for day wear as well as evening. I just wear this on special occassions or when I really feel like dressing up.

When I got home from my holiday and wore this perfume for the first time around my husband he went into the same frenzy as me when I had smelt it for the first time:). That was enough to prove to me that I meant to always have this perfume.

I found however the perfume doesnt last all day on me but I have found that when I use a body butter or body oil on my pulse areas where I spray the perfume the perfume lasts much longer.

This will be a permanent in my perfume collection and not just ones I grew out of ot got tired of but will definitely be timeless and grow old with me.

the the 5th favorite fragrance I own. It has a fresh and girly scent with a bit of sophistication. It Lasts a good time and the bottle is a good size, only problem is a lot of people wear this and I like my scent to be unique and surprising to other's senses. The price is quite good for how much you get. Basically I buy a perfume for the smell not because I like the bottle. I will go into a shop and let the counter people know the types of smell I like then they can generally tell me other similar bases of scent, then I will go through all of those ones and eliminate. You can also buy this in a travel size roll on version which is very cute and so handy when travelling. I don't use this all the time as it is quite strong and sometimes over powering. I try to avoid using it at work and uni but do use it quite often when I go out at night and for dinners. This is my fave out of all the juicy perfume by the way.

I have always been a fan of Juicy Couture perfumes, but I have to say Viva la Juicy is my all time favourite. This flirty fragrance is soft and sweet, perfect for a night out!

I always received compliments while wearing it, which definitely made my day! Viva la Juicy is worth every cent, and you only need to spray a small amount and it lasts all day.

The bottle that Viva la Juicy comes is just gorgeous! I'm so in love! This perfume would make a great gift for your friend, girlfriend or sister.

This sure is an interesting perfume. Im not really sure what it is about the opening but it really does smell very soapy, it almost put me off it all together. For me the dry down is where it's at in this perfume. Damn it's yummy & the caramel really starts to shine through. I just love it. This has gone on my want list. I still have a sample card from 2 weeks ago that I have kept in a little plastic bag & it still smells divine!

This fragrance is my all time favourite currently on my 4th bottle and still love it. What I like about it is the sweet but not sickly scent which seems to have a lil bit of spice thrown in, well that's what my nose picks up! Also I get a lot of comments when I wear it which is always a good sign :) Still pick it over any of the other juicy fragrances but I am yet to try the new Viva La Juicy Noir.

I love this perfume! A work mate recommended this to me as it was her daughters favourite and I am the same age as her daughter. I hadn't smelt it before but this lady spoke so highly of it, I purchased the perfume as soon as it went on sale! I was not let down. It smelt wonderful, it lasted all day long and I had compliments showered on me everyday. If I could buy a lifetimes supply, I totally would!!

I got the 100ml bottle and the purse spray as a gift for my 23rd birthday.

I would use this perfume everyday as it isn't too strong if you don't use too much and the sweet and fruity smell is lovely.

I'm not a huge fan of the packaging it is a little tacky looking. I really like the purse spray as it has a decent amount and the shape fits in any bag nicely.

The price is fair as it isn't as classy/evening wear as some others but is still a nice everyday scent.

Highbrook had a perfume clearance. I went out there and decided to get three perfumes from the Juicy Couture range. I've had these perfumes on my wishlist for years and finally got to tick them off.

The bottle design is classic and clear. I love the labelling and cute bows on the bottles. This scent is a perfect balance of sweet vanilla and mandarin mixed with fresh floral jasmine and gardenia. I've worn this scent all day without fade. I get compliments about this scent.

Price wise it's fair. I believe you are getting a fairly decent fragrance that encompasses all age groups. I would without a doubt repurchase this scent again.

I got my hands on the Noir version of this, but I knew that my obsession with 'high end' perfumes wouldn't be sated until I tried all of the Juicy Couture range. For the price and how long it has lasted me, it's bloody decent, definitely worth it.

I like the bottle, it's the same as the Noir version but this is nicer in my opinion, it's lighter and brighter, whereas the Noir is dark and sexy. I think that reflects the perfume well. It's light and airy, summery sweet. The citrus cuts through the sweetness like a knife, and the floral notes can be found dancing oh so delicately behind the main notes.

I found that it was light enough for daily wear, and it was better at night - the cooler air seemed to make the whole perfume come alive. I really enjoy this perfume and I want another bottle when I run out!

I am still a fan of a lot of the same perfumes I wore when I was a bit younger and this was one of them. I haven’t grown out of it.

It’s good value and easily available. I do go back to perfumes like these as they are so affordable and I find the scent has good longevity. It’s quite comparable to my Britney scents in terms of price and size.. only this lasts a lot longer.

It lasts ages which is what I love. It’s sweet smelling and fruity as I am not a fan of strong florals or musks for example. It depends on the day what I want to wear but this is great for every day use as I find it isn’t too overpowering. Love the fruityness as it’s not even close to smelling like a toilet cleaner - I would hate to be leaving a trail of watering eyes behind me.
