Juicy Couture Viva la Juicy Review

At first it can be a little overpowering, but after a little while it gives you such a beautiful, less overpowering scent, if that makes sense. It is a fun and girly perfume, it is sweet, but not too sickly sweet! A little goes a long way I find :)

Being a kind of poor student, I had never really experienced perfume before but then was given this for a recent birthday and am really glad I was.

The bottle looks gorgeous and elegant sitting on your shelf and the product lasts a decent length of time (both in the bottle and on your skin), and most of all it smells delicious. I can definitely see why this is a favourite product for a lot of people.

It is quite expensive, but I would be keen to purchase again if I had the money. I am just trying to make this one last as long as I can!

I often think perfumes have "personality" and I think Viva la Juciy is a happy go lucky scent. It's a bit young I think, suits someone in their 20s more. I'm on my second bottle, but I've gone back to my oriental/spicy favourites during the winter months. I wore this often in summer though. Considering I bought it online only because it was half price, it was a good find.

I love with this perfume, you only have to do a couple sprays for it to last all day, I get so many compliments for it and it makes you feel 1000x better than usual I love this perfume and would highly recommend this

I pretty much am in love with all viva la juicy products!! So I feel like they could have anything and I would love it, definetley worth the buy!

I loved this fragrance, not only was it selling for a good price it also had a light and beautiful scent.

Lasting power (scent-wise) was pretty good, I could go about four hours before this scent faded and I needed to re-apply.

Would not really recommend a scent to many people, just because I feel that's all down to personal preference.

I got this perfume for Christmas and was surprised by how much I actually like it, its been added as a regular to my perfume roster :)

I love this scent for summer, light, very sweet if you like that, but it does also linger and last. It is a nice summery sweet girly scent.

I used to love Viva La Juicy perfumes, but the last time I got this off Fly Buys I think it was, I wasn't completely inspired.

The bottle is cute; with a slight decanter style and the big pink bow, it looks cute but expensive.

And pricewise it isn't the cheapest perfume around. There are several more premium perfumes that aren't much dearer that I would probably get instead in future.

The scent of this perfume is citrus, but the citrus felt a little muddled and synthetic. I also could smell some more floral notes in there.

In terms of longevity, it lasts a reasonable amount of time, and thus continues to hold its ground as a quality perfume.

I still like some of the other perfumes in the Viva La Juicy range, but this one I think has been overshadowed by its younger spin offs and has become less desirable as a result.

Viva la Juicy is simply not my fragrance. It smelt wonderful in the bottle and on the little tester card, but I truly wish I hadn't impulse spent! A few hours into using my bottle the first time and I had to shower again and take it off. I'm honestly not sure why it smelt so different on my skin than it did on the tester card. So odd. For me personally Juicy smelt like a mixture between some type of aerosol toilet spray and potpourri. Which it most certainly did not smell like when I tested it, but once it was on my skin, it was totally different. Strong points go to this specific perfume for it's durability though, it took about 3 washes to fully get the fragrance off my skin. The smell before it went onto my body reminded me of being a teenager again, it was crisp, clean and sweet. It's a beautiful bottle (one of the reasons I purchased it) and I loved the accessorized charms on the bottle. I purchased my bottle while in Australia at Red Line pharmacy discount store. I wouldn't personally use it again, but my sister loved it haha she was very grateful when I passed it on.
