Not bad for a supermarket brand!
I bought this when it was new out - the pretty packaging caught my eye. I have naturally fine, curly hair that can end up rather frizzy on humid days. So I thought why not try this product.
First of all, I love the packaging. So girly and fun! It really does catch your eye. It smells nice and I found the smell did last a little while in my hair. Not too overpowering but it was definitely there once my hair was dry.
The shampoo and conditioner itself was a good consistency and foamed up nicely. I preferred the conditioner to the shampoo - but this is usually the case with my naturally dry-ish hair. I found the conditioner to be quite moisturising and made my hair feel super soft and looking slightly shinier.
Overall, if I were to buy a supermarket brand shampoo and conditioner I would buy this one. Like anything, it didn't make my hair "celebrity-worthy" shiny, but it did make it softer and slightly smoother.
Although I cannot stand the smell of Vo5.. This product is actually very good.
I have quite coarse thick wavy hair, prone to a bit of fluff, frizz and fly-aways. This product (especially the conditioner) not only moisturized and tamed all that unwanted nastiness down.. It left my hair feeling soft, healthy and full of life! Which to be fair, not many supermarket products can do!
The down side.. The scent this product leaves lingering in your hair is quite strong.. I'm not a fan of that at all!
Tips: I would recommend this if you have quite coarse hair and your on a budget, it seems to work wonders!
