What is your favourite base/top coat nail
polish and do you use every time?

Essie's base coats and top coats are great, especially the Good To Go top coat. Seche Vita is another fabulous top coat. Always use a base coat and top coat - the base coat prevents any yellow tones in the polish colour from staining the nail plate, it also creates the perfect smooth surface for the colour to glide onto, and it helps the colour adhere to the nail. Top coat seals in the colour, adds extra shine and longevity to your manicure / pedicure.

In the past I have used the Revlon gel range. I love the colours and find with the gel top coat it really lasts well.
