Does anyone here have psoriasis? 
i personally have it and constantly have flare ups. I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how they deal with it?

Hi Hconeill11 Have you looked at Dr Robert Morse on Youtube? he will explain what to do.

Good luck with it -  it is a very difficult issue. If you try what Dr Morse recommends, I'd love to know how you go with it. It really helped me. Raw and Free (Sophie Steevens) on Instagram has also done it and is one of a number of raw foodists who have awesome recipes and hints and tips posted. If nothing else, it's worth just having a look.

Thanks mareeb i appreciate the help. I been using a cbd balm on my psoriasis for past lil bit and it really helped clear it up.
