LOL Kim! Yes I'm a sucker for products.Whittakers-lover I hadn't heard of it either. I saw the video and it matched what I've been doing recently - qigong facial massage which moves fluid out through the lymph nodes (I think) to tighten skin and leave it a bit less wrinkled and puffy. So I thought I'd buy one of these and try it out. I'll let you know how it goes.
Hmm it feels very nice on my skin. I've been using Youtube to learn how to use it properly and interestingly they recommend starting from the neck and moving upwards, where Qigong starts from the forehead and works down. Either way, it does make my skin look smoother (by the morning it's back to normal so far) and may improve it more over time. Mine is black obsidian and it feels very warm and smooth to use. I notice other people use rose quartz ones. Its definitely worth a try.
Yay Maree! GUASHA and face rolling is amazing and I highly reccomend it to everyone! It is a "natural Botox" and such a beautiful sed
care ritual to do. With your roller you can use it over your nightly serums or with a face oil and it helps push/roll the product deeper into the skin. With your guasha don't be afraid to use quite a from pressure, use slow firm strokes and always stroke upwards.
