So I discovered in the islands over NY that my hair is now doing it's 'curling in humidity' thing even more strongly since I stopped dying it, and SO literally every day this year so far i've just been detangling it and tying it up into a ponytail that then goes curly. It's random, I'm loving it.
My question is though, do you feel like doing that sort of thing helps your hair to 'recover' from stress, or just encourages it to go wild and not want to be tamed when you inevitably have to start styling it again?

Hair 'recovery'

I went from washing my hair and using heat tools every single day to only washing my hair once a week. My hair changed so much, it is in so much better condition now, it used to get oily as hell, now that has gone. I feel like sometimes we just need to leave our hair alone and let it do whatever it wants :-) Same with my face, I use minimal products now and my skin is in the best condition ever at 37 :-)
