Glad to read this as I was wondering what's been happening. Things haven't been the same this year, no trials, competitions, double rewards events etc. It's not the same! So glad there's a reason and hoping it gets new owners that can breathe some life back into the space as I used to love it here! Also best wishes to the current owner and thanks for your work over the years xx
Well I feel like I'm being a Karen and bitchy here but I am not impressed because; I feel I've given alot of my time to write good reviews and sometimes; I actually purchased products catered to be specifically ones that were on this site to review them as you know times we live in now are tougher than before and this site is such a great way to make your money go further I've actually got alot of points and I have held off spending untill there was something I really liked wanted or needed and I have been waiting and waiting for the vault to open and I don't think it has? Although it claims to be and I think it's very unethical and I wonder if it is even legal to shut down without honouring the points we have earned.
It's still a registered company, with Merilyn listed as the Director.
I just popped on here to see if there'd been any notification from the team, as I received another automated email saying I hadn't logged on for a while. My last few product reviews still haven't been approved, and there's no activity on here from the crew, which makes me wonder if they've all left / downed tools / given up / are waiting for the sale to happen. The lack of communication from the crew has left me feeling like why should I bother any more ... They could at lease give us a heads-up saying something along the lines of, "Look, guys, we're selling, but we don't know what's going to happen or what direction things are going to go in," or at least let us know if it's still going to continue. I'm actually wondering if it's just going to quietly shut down and fade away, waiting for those of us hanging on here to eventually give up without a word being said.

Hi Soozie. It's lovely to see you, are you doing well? I agree, maybe it has run it's course, as we live in much different times now than we did when it started. I'm so grateful to have had this 10 years as a member and have to acknowledge that the site and members have helped me through some very dark days in my life, and given me some wonderful opportunities. My greatest sadness is that it may not have ended positively for the owner or the staff but I hope they know how grateful most of us are for having had this opportunity and that we wish them well.
And yes, it's sad when something we have enjoyed changes or comes to an end. I have made some great friends through this site whose friendship I continue to enjoy outside it. They are all members who were very active on here for many years but left for various reasons. I think we just have to accept that BR is gone and it's time to move on.
Pat, I think this site fizzled out a long time ago. It was an amazing site years ago, but I actually think it has been on the decline since before you joined. I anticipated this happening awhile ago and decided to use up my points in the vault whilst I could, despite there not really being anything appealing in there. I was told they couldn't supply all the items in my order as it included an item that was past its expiry date. When the issue was finally sorted out, I was told the vault would be restocked in a couple of weeks time. It was closed down shortly after that and hasn't reopened.
I don't think you will get an answer about what is happening as you've asked many times and no one has responded. The forum is clearly not being monitored (I used to be a moderator), reviews aren't being approved, there's no new trials or articles. I think that tells us all we need to know.
