Got one day today, interested to see what the long term results are. It says 3-5 months of soft manageable hair. Compared to the before point with my hair, keen to have an easier time with it in terms of styling and over all better hair appeal. Has anyone had one done? What was your experience with results/longevity/etc?

Had this done in the UK and loved the results, didn't have to straighten my hair at all and it's normally very fluffy. The only negative was it didn't last long enough. So expensive here!

What's your normal hair type? Its been 5 weeks this week since I had it done and its not turning out how I thought it would.

Following with interest. My hair dresser keeps suggesting this for my hair. I have really curly hair so to keep my short hair straight'ish I have to blow dry and then sometimes use straighteners after. It seemed overkill for my short hair given styling is a 5 minute job.

I had Keratin treatment not the Keratin straightening, although the process sounds quite similar. After washing hair 5 days after the treatment my hair pretty much returned to it's normal state. It is still softer than pre treatment. Faster to straighten and the straightened hair lasts longer. I've also noticed so far my natural regrowth is super greasy.

Its been about 5/6 weeks and regardless of the small hair gains, I doubt I'd get this for my hair again. Cost about $210 from memory, a early birthday gift from my husband. In hindsight I could have used that money on a hair product haul with leftover money. *sigh*
