What are the benefits with a LED Mask and how often do you use? What are the pros and cons and are the cheaper models as good as mor expensive ones???

There seem to be some really high priced ones and some about $200 -Are they a waste of money . Hope someone can help with good info.

I've heard they're good for rejuvenating skin and I looked at the Thin Lizzy one, but the reviews weren't that good and that put me off. I haven't looked at any others.

There was one for a NZ company in the article from BR and is a lot cheaper .I would love to try one but not sure of quality
