Hi everyone, I’ve been reading all your comments about these Mario Badescu facial sprays and I’m intrigued, I don’t have one yet and would like to know which is your favourite and why and how you use it? As a tonic and wipe it off with a cotton pad after cleansing or just to hit your face with it and tap it in?

I bought a Mario Badescu shower gel from mecca to get to the free shipping and used it 3 times and noticed my skin is so smooth and the little bumps (pimples?) on my shoulder have vanished, hence why I’m interested in the brand.

Any face creams you like from the brand or face cleansers, etc, let me know! :)

I smelled them all and played with them instore, but my fave is the Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater.

I keep it in the fridge and it's an amazing little face wake up in the morning, and refreshing at night after i heat cleanse.

It's also amazing on skin that's seen too much sun :)

They smell delicious and they are cheap.  I don't care if it's not having a huge impact - but when i use a different one my skin isn't as balanced, so it must be working!

oh and re usage ... i 'spray and walk away' lol - literally just mist it on to my skin and leave it to airdry

I also like their drying lotion - pop it on a pimple overnight and it helps

Yeap, I just spray and walk away too. You shouldn’t need to use it like a traditional toner (ie use on a cotton pad to remove any remaining makeup or cleanser) if you are cleaning properly ie double cleaning. I’m not a huge fan of the mist as the spray is a bit too heavy handed. I prefer a finer spray.

Other Mario products I have tried are an eye cream which I quite liked and products in an anti ageing kit. Hated everything in that and would not use any of them again (I’ve reviewed the ones that are on the BR database). So not a fan  of the brand and wouldn’t try anything else. I think there are much better options at the same price point.

This sounds like an interesting range to try, where is the best place to try these?

Thank you, it seems like I definitely need to try those face sprays, especially the aloe one. :)

The shower gel is bomb though, so if you get a chance, try it! :)

Ps. Sorry for the short reply, I’m so exhausted from work! :/

I keep the lavender spray in the fridge. Perfect when you've been working all day and want a quick refresh before heading out in the evening and don't have time to completely cleanse and apply new makeup.

I also use the glycolic acid toner - both on my face and on skin areas that have recently been waxed to prevent ingrown hairs.

I love that MB products are simple to use and at a fair price.

The only product I've used from them is their drying lotion. I like it because you can apply it over your moisturizer on the spot, as opposed to under you moisturizer and then it rubs out to the surrounding area when you have to rub in your moisturizer afterwards. It seems reasonably effective and I will be repurchasing.
