Apparently we're having burgers for dinner, i had no idea. And i wrote the darn menu! Bloody hell

Hello fresh chicken dippers.. weren’t half bad. As much as i love panko crumbs i feel theyd be better with normal breadcrumbs haha

Farro (amazing gourmet food store up here) have just released a range of pre made pizzas you finish off in the oven. 

I had the prosciutto one tonight - wood fired base, prosciutto, parmesan, mozzarella and rocket on a tomato Passata base sauce . So bloody good!

I feel like all I have been doing is eating during my time off lol. I made pitas with bacon, leftover pork, tomato, cheese and spinach for lunch, then made a banana, walnut and chocolate chip cake which I had a huge slice of.......mmmm cake then lamb burgers for tea.  Needless to say I will be going on a good walk tomorrow! Haha oink.

It was sliced banana and kiwfruit for me, but after mowing the lawn and gardening, I had Bluebird chicken chips and pesto.

Last night I made pita bread pizzas bc I'd had a rest day and couldn't be bothered with anything fancy. They had relish, ham, pineapple, cashews, onions, herbs, mozzarella and noble 

pretty good in the end!

Last hellofresh meal tonight, its chicken and roast vege couscous salad type deal

I found their dressings bizarrely sweet lmao but otherwise while i wouldnt buy it myself (i like free ;p ) id remake a few of the recipes :D

We have been away and it was amazing! But got really drunk last night and burnt a pizza lol so made a platter which was yummy. Just got home and having whitebait fritters tonight yay.

I think we've all burned something while drinking lol, always a laugh. 

I did 20k steps today (and my foot is KILLING me) so I had my favest fave takeaway burger, Burger Fuel's Bacon Backfire

and yeah I find a lot of the HF sauces are a lot, Ive cut some of the creamy ones with plain yoghurt in the past

Eating is a challenge for me atm, desperately need to see a dentist but mine isn't available for another week and  a half. All about the soft foods.

Was supposed to be pork, we're having butter chicken instead, with homemade garlic naan /drooool

Very much looking forward to seeing the dentist and I usually really don't like going (scared of dentists). My mum is doing better and looks happier to, thanks for asking Shaz.

I'm doing a thing where I take a Hello Fresh recipe (or you know, a recipe name lol) and Trudi it up. 

tonight, that gave me farfalle pasta with lemon pesto, ham, feta, pinenuts and spinach. 

so so good

I feel for you Tabucutie. I had lots of mashed potato, parsnip & carrot when I was having orthodontic work done. It doesn't make eating fun.

Home with the fam tonight having Fish & Chips, which I haven't had since I saw them in March (some kiwi I am).

Beef wraps tonight cos it got darn hot! Plus it uses up the beefmr shaz doesn't like haha beef snitzel strips are a no go!

MMight slap some pineapple on mine or on the side cos daaaammmnn i picked a sweet juicy one

I'm doing panko crumbed chicken nuggets, roast spuds and corn on the cob. I added some southern style seasoning to the panko this time.  Man it smells awesome.

I did another modified-from-hello-fresh meal tonight and ended up with feta and pesto chicken with roasted potato cubes, and a pear, cucumber and spinach salad with a lil bit of balsamic on it

Had filo parcels with coleslaw and cake for a big birthday lunch today then burgers and more cake for dinner. I have eaten very well today.

Chicken "pie" risotto... not even sure ill like the risotto as its a bagged one and you just boil it (vs adding stock lovingly) bit it was free so. Yknow lol

Shaz, was the plastic in the risotto? I recently found a piece of plastic in something from the chiller section too and I'm wondering if it was from the same company? They wanted me to send the plastic to them but I'd already thrown it away.
