I didnt give mine a choice hahahahaha. Although it came out really watery so im a bit wtf about that but ill make them again but maybe different next time lol
we aint had nothing but maggoty bread for three stinkin days!

Mmmm strawberries .. I'm jealous of the cannelloni too. I made home made pesto tonight. Pumpkin seeds, garlic, lemon, olive oil, and basil, but the basil wasn't great, clearly not the best brand. I'm trying to grow some so it'll be interesting to see how much better fresh homegrown basil is for home made pesto. To be fair though, I'm no cook, not at all. It's always a challenge ....

Im yet to make pesto myself but i dont eat it so its wasted here haha. I think home grown is better, plant tomatoes next to it and the flavor is better or something lol

I am going to be making a chocolate bouquet though, sadly not for me haha but i am excited to do it

Spinach has a high water content shaz. Did you use frozen or fresh?  You gotta like, squeeze the liquid out, and there's a lot of liquid in it so you need to do it a few times

Fresh. Ive used it before in enchiladas and its never done that so im thinking it was something else

I'd cook it and squish all the water out before mixing it with the ricotta... there's something about that combo that goes runny

Lol thats so dumb the recipe had it to stir in. Im wondering if it was the sauces but yeah ill try again next time and see what happens

Cleaned the bbq (after 2 years no use, it was still in excellent condition!) So we had that yesterday, damn it was good. And tonight, burrrrggeeerrrsss. Yum

Haven't been overly hungry in the evenings. It's too hot for heavy foods. Just filled rolls for tea tonight.

The heat is awful! I hate being in the kitchen in summer lol

Tonight is pork n appapple snitzel (drool) withwith garlic cous cous (drrrrooool , also the only way i eat cous cous!!) And salsa!! Yum :D im excited for it

I agree it's too hot to be in the kitchen.  We are on holiday again and I just had greek yoghurt with blueberries and it was so refreshing

I like the easi yo greek yogurt with honey, that one is the onky greek one ill eat haha

Dinner was 100x more ssatisfying than i thought it was going to be, and i never thought id be saying that i like couscous BUT I LIKE COUSCOUS!!!

Lonestar for dinner last night. Had my first vegetarian meal that was different. Portion was huge, struggled to get halfway through it. Atleast I've got lunch sorted today with leftovers.

[color=#666666]Rolled soft flour tortilla filled with seasonal roasted vegetables, spicy bean mix & rice. Topped w BBQ sauce, grilled cheese, salsa, sour cream & jalapeños. Served with buffalo chips and Lone Star coleslaw. They added Chilli Rice as well. It is a decent meat free alternative but I still prefer the chicken version.[/color]

We had fried chicken and and onion rings cos yyyuuummmm. Plus a big ol bowl of sallssaaaa delicious
