I've tried a few hask products but was not bowled over by them.

Also stoked to be on the Micellar trial, invite came through today. Yay!

Just confirmed my spot on the la Roche posay trial, yayy, can't wait! My hands are so dry from washing dishes at work(can't wear gloves) and sanitising, so I really wanted to try the handcream! :)

Was a bit stressful though, it said only one spot left and I needed to type in my address and didn't do suburb, as it's not needed where I live and it came back that I had to enter one, so darn, made me sweat for a minute here team, lol! :D

Really looking forward to reading the reviews though, congrats xx

Really wanted La Roche Posay too - my skin is sulking with tantrums it seems this winter - first winter my  childhood scarring has really flared up and is really obvious and flaky - it's a makeup nightmare :(   .... Looking forward to reading all the product reviews - the face serum might be the secret to my life long skin challenge

Glad you made it Susilia.

It is amazing how quick everyone is to nab their spot on the trial team.

Oh wow! They've already been done! Oh I would have loved to have tried one of the products. No invite this time. Hopefully they have some other gems up their sleeves... fingers crossed. Well done for getting on the trial. I will be loving to hear about how these are.

I always seem to miss them by about 45 minutes. At the time the invites go out, I'm usually sat by the fire watching The Good Place with my daughter ha ha ha. Then I check my emails before I go to bed and then see the invite. And I'm like drat, no way there are going to be any spots, but I torture myself and go and check anyone lol.

I'm so happy for those that got a spot on a trial and definitely looking forward to seeing what everyone things about the products. Have fun trialling x

Oh I loved The Good Place.

I was so excited to see I was invited to do the LRP serum trial as I loved the sound of that but I was too slow. I went to bed early to listen to audio books ... That will teach me to be so lame on a Saturday night hehe. Looking forward to the reviews though!!

I got an invite for the La Roche-Posay face serum trial last night, and this time I was fast enough to confirm my place!

@Shazatron, have you tried Rose & Thorne lingerie? They are a New Zealand company and they make really good bras and underwear. They have sales quite often too.

I only put my hand up for the LRP trial super last minute so not surprised I didn't get it; will be interesting to see how the reviwers find the products!

i fit a pedicure for the first time since March today :D

I got an invite, but it was for a shampoo variant that I hadn't put my hand up for (not the one I was keen to try), so I declined the invite.  I'd rather give someone else a shot this time around.

I have sioux! I find them very hit and miss though - have 2 lacey ones in my size that fit perfect yet a slightly padded one the same size does not fit. Not to mention the gruts are either pull up to your nipples or flossing the cheeks and rolling because the sizes arent bigger

I do like them as a whole but i am annoyed that the skinny little boob ladies get all the nice choices! But that comes with any bra brand, i think!

Bhahaha the dreaded undies rolling down! A huge pet peeve of mine it's so annoying! The only underwear that I find comfy are Tradie undies, I have about 15 pairs :-)

@sioux & @shaz, your talk about Rose & Thorne just reminded me that I was looking for new bras pre-lockdown.  I've never bought Rose & Thorne before, but did try some on at The Warehouse a while back, but they only had the push-up style ones ... I definitely don't need any extra push-up padding.  Lol.

I spent the last 45 minutes browsing their website. Unfortunately, all the on sale ones that I liked were out of my size, but I did end up ordering two of their t-shirt bras.  Fingers crossed that they're comfy and that they fit well.

I find the warehouse has more of their styles than their actual website which is annoying, but i hope you like them!

Shaz your  lingerie descriptions really brighten my day, honestly you have a way with words hahaha.

Also using the same Trilogy oil, its beautiful. Haven't yet looked into cost for full size but will do some research on it today.

All my bras n gruts from bendon are here and hot damn theyre AMAZING 3 outta 4 fit perfectly and one is so damn comfortable its like im wearing nothing at all (so new favorite) man.

so, so happy haha im never this happy with rose and thorne bras!

My last bras were from Bendon, and yes, they are comfy, but ... I found they stretched and lost their elasticity and "hold" a lot faster than other bras I've owned.

Gruts ... now there's a word I had to google.  It's one I'd never heard before (not a term I grew up hearing), and then I saw, read and heard it multiple times in multiple places over 3 days.  Lol.

I quite like Jockey undies, they don't ride, bunch or roll, and have good bum coverage without looking like "granny panties" (I don't mean to offend anyone with that term, I just don't know what else to call full bum coverage bikini-style bottoms that aren't briefs), and Farmers usually have 25-50% off sales on them twice a year, which is usually when I replace my older looking ones.

Hahahahaha G R U T S silvene!!!! Bahahahahahaha

I cant remember what i called the full coverage ones but i do believe i mentioned being able to pull them up to the nipples hahahahahahaha. I think rose and thorne call em " midi briefs " for flattering full coverage of ya bum, probably a nicer term than mine haha

Ive had a bendon one for at least 4 years which i only wore when going out but ive only just noticed the stretching, but i noticed the undies have definitely had their day hahahaha. but ill keep it in mind for my current ones!!

Scrunds is another good slang for them lol. Last time I went to the Bendon store and I actually got a fitting done. I was dreading it and it was not bad at all, the lady made me feel so comfy! But I need new bras again so will look at the Rose and Thorne ones.

Hahahah dad used to call them gruts, bless.

I haven't been fitted since I was in Hawaii which is -wow- over two years now. They've just opened a Bendon outlet 5 mins drive away so I might go get fitted.

Oh I didn't know The Warehouse carried Rose & Thorne. I have only ever bought from their website. But that is good to know.
I like Jockey undies too. They are always very comfortable.

Rose and Thorne have an outlet in Drury, but unfortunately I've been out twice (it's a heck of a drive, Drury is deep South AKL) and the first time it was closed even though google said it was open, and the second time it was open but so disappointing

I've never tried Rose and Thorne though I've got a friend that swears by them, but my size is one that's hard to find and even harder to find on sale *sigh*. Interesting observation I had when I was last in Bendon is that they're still stocking all the products I've brought for the last 10 years.

Side note on Tradie, their socks are also great and seem to be slowly taking over my sock drawer.

I feel your pain about the sizing, crystal!! Even worse when your specific size is advertised on sale and its bloody well not or sold out!

So I just got an email from Rose & Thorne saying that one of the two bras I ordered will not be supplied due to "a stock system error", and that they have refunded it, but the other one will be sent.

Being a first-time customer, this kind of makes me not want to shop online with them again ... It will now all depend on whether the bra I do get fits well or not.  Otherwise, it'll be back to Bendon (or Farmers, when they have their lingerie sales on).

Kinda worked but not really. Strikes me as over priced jif hahahaha
