Rewards Vault confusion

I have  put in an order through rewards vault and not sure if it went through ok.I got to the pay screen ad filled in all details correctly  and it sat there for ages so not sure payment went though . I went back trying to reload  thinking there may have been a glitch but system told me I had already added product to cart today ? Is this usual or will I need to try again tomorrow .Thanks for your help.

I stopped panicking and looked up FAK and I note it said wait untill system returned to BR screen . I had waited about 5 mins and nothing had happened so I was not sure if order had accepted or not. Must have been a delay so I mucked up my order by being too impatient. lesson learnt .Will try again tomorrow.

Hi Pat  sometimes it takes overnight to return to normal after an error, but if it doesn't, email [email protected] and explain what happened.

Thanks Maree -I tried again but I waited for 15 mins on the Pay page and still didn't got through - I will contact BR and hopefully they will be able to get it going -Thanks

Thanks Maree I ended up contacting BR and they were really helpful .It wasn't a glitch their end but mine and I changed servers as Kellie suggested and it worked -Thanks so much.Now I am excited.
