We have just sold our house and have yet to find a new one we like for the right price so I am feeling a bit sad as our current home is lovely but has too much land for us at our age now.

Thanks tabucutie.Feeling a bit sad as I have had a lot of happy years in this house and have not yet found a property to move into.

We sold our gorgeous home in Auckland and moved to Hamilton. There were some valid reasons,  to be closer to my husband's family,  better value for your money, we managed to reduce our mortgage by quite a lot. The house we bought is only 2 years old so it's still new and shiny. I always try to look on the bright side.

We are so busy packing and I am getting excited -I want to leave the house and garden tidy and clean so new owners will feel excited too.Hard work but looking so good.

We are house sitting in CHch and are looking after a french bulldog and 2 rag doll cats in an amazing house.We have bought a new house and will be moving in at the end of the house sit.We are so happy now with the move.
