Happy Saturday lovelies, for some reason I thought it was Sunday. Anyone else feel like they are forgetting what day it is lol.

Going to be doing some more baking (yesterday's didn't last longer than 5 minutes with this lot ha ha ha). My little mini me got some school work in the mail on Thursday so going to be going through that with her - origami and rope tying, so that will be fun for a little while.

I also need to go through my beauty cupboard and separate them into little baskets and start cranking on some of it. I have managed to finish a couple of face masks so far. The joys of working from home is that you can mask while you work lol.

I need to go through the Brand Directory and see what products have been added as I'm running out of products to review.

Anyone having Mecca withdrawals, so many wonderful products on there that are teasing me right now arghhh.

Happy Saturday! Today will be a bit of baking for us too. I've found a delicious French loaf recipe so I'll get another batch ready for fresh bread for Easter morning. Might make a little lab for Easter dinner. The kids want pasta for dinner so might as well make that from scratch.
We've been slowly buying Easter eggs for the kids the past few weeks so the can have a little egg hunt tomorrow. Bought my parents a few goodies to leave on their doorstep tomorrow morning. The kids have been doing the Toyworld 7 day challenge - so 10am I'm art and craft  mum
Beauty wise I'm going to try and make a 'purple' conditioner using the brilliant silver toner drops I have. I've been using semi-permanent hair colour for a year and in January I stopped colouring so what's left is brassy and my 'grey' looks beige/blonde... hoping I can de-yellow myself today. And I'll do a sheet mask today and probably should clean out the beauty drawer and cupboard - I'm sure I've got plenty of expired items. That should fill the day and some haha

Lol my days are all jumbled too. I know I have work Sunday so as long as it's not Sunday I'm good :-)
Lmao Shaz! My puppy likes to poo at 4am also......ugh
Today I will get some washing done, clean sheet day and video call all my family members.  My brother that was in the coma is doing great and his speech is coming along slowly but surely. Yesterday he counted to 80 and is now learning to put sentences together. He literally had to start at the beginning.  So I love his video calls and seeing his progress xx

That's epic Lisa, clearly he's a fighter. Great to hear :)

today I ended up walking 5km, doing a few chores, reading half of a Lesley Pearse  book and French braiding my hair 4x before I got it right lol. Then my groceries arrived and bc I'm contrary as hell I decided I needed potato bake even though I've only ever made it from a sachet and I had no potatoes. Made up a recipe and it was absolutely delicious! Just cleaned up and am about to binge watch more Australian Survivor before bed :)

I had Friday off . Just cleaned and watched movies . Couple of drinks with video chats to friends and family . Was a good catch up .

Went into work today but got sent home early as we hit our maximum of staff allowed in store . I slept the day away today . I was exhausted.

I'll be working all the way through to thursday . We still have massive lines at work every morning at 7am . It's a busy time for us .

Happy Easter to all!

I caught up with friends & family overseas this morning, ate my first Easter Egg and hot cross bun of 2020, and then did my nails in the afternoon (pic on the photo wall).

Hope everyone had a nice Easter!  Last night I got glammed up, then got drunk with my friend via Zoom.  So spent today regretting it!

.... the worst week ever. Couldn't hate lockdown more right now. We had to say goodbye to our beautiful dog Freddy on Tuesday, and that decision and morning isn't something I'll ever forget. It's an emotional journey and our kids aren't coping and it's so hard to park your own grief and try and get them through this. Lockdown made it all more tragic. Have visited BR a few times this week just to give myself a bit of distraction and me time  ....
