I had my hair coloured last week, dyed it red and ever since have found my hair has a straw like feeling to it. I was going to grab some products in store but my hairdresser had been doing my hair for 3 hours and as she finished mine she had her next client walk in so I couldn't discuss what products would be best for me. Question I have is what do you coloured hair ladies use to keep your hair soft and healthy feeling?! Either salon stuff or supermarket brought?!

I love this stuff, it is my absolute holy grail hallelujah product! I also only shampoo my hair once a week, so it's fairly well conditioned ;-) I also quite like the hair oil and masks from Hask, the oils are only $5 ish and the deep conditioning treatments are about the same price and with your shortish hair you could easily get two uses out of the conditioner! You can find both at Farmers and the Argania stuff I linked first comes in a small $5ish bottle as well :-)

Hask is amazing but the Lush masks are my HG. Go in and ask for samples, esp roots and R&B

Thank you all for the suggestions! I got told about hask elsewhere today too so I'll be looking into that! :) I think having my hair bleached twice hasn't helped the condition of it at all.

Its hair moisturiser Maree... you can use ut as deep conditioner, mask etc. I put it on my hair, twist it up and go to bed then wash it out in the morning

I've never heardof Hask before, are they really good?
I have dry hair anyway, so I use a mask once a week. I really liked the ogx one in a blue tub. My hair felt so good all week after using it. I'm not sure where to purchase it from though as I didn't personally buy it.

Do! I hope you like it Maree. Its mah faaave. I picked up the Hask macadamia and the Hask coconut oil last weekend - the coconut one smells so yum. I also got the coconut hair mask but I dunno when I'm going to use it. I think hair oils and things for my hair are my weakness :'D

I bought K'marts Argan Oil treatment in AUstralia, and it was $2 for a huge thing of it, works really well in my curly frizzy hair. I've heard you can buy it here but I havent been able to find it myself. I'll agree with everyone who recommends HASK though, its great and for $6 you cant go wrong with a small vial of it

I don't colour my hair, but I'm loving this leave-in conditioner.  It makes my hair so soft and tangle-free.
