Red to Purple....

I've been letting the red fade out. It looks pretty dull and light now. Question for you beauties can I put a deep violet through or will it go a weird colour with the red I have in my hair? Anyone know?

I don't know Amy, but deep purple will be lovely with your skin tone. I hope to see a photo on the wall once you decide x

Depending on how faded the red is, it will probably be quite a vibrant purple, depending on the dye you use! If its the box stuff from the supermarket itd probably look black when you're inside (or super dark purple) and in the light nice and bright. I say do it!!! >:D

I was going to go dark chocolate brown just incase the purple wouldn't work but got to the supermarket and got purple instead! YOLO hahaha

I haven't dyed my hair since last year. I wouldn't know. I think you would suit purple

Do it Amy do it!! I think you will suit it. it might come out dark purple with the red underneath hmmm not sure though I've never gone from red to purple

I think even if it turned out reddy purple it will look good because technically that's burgundy. Good luck :)

I dye my hair alot at home but tonight it got me thinking, alot of dye washes out! How is it we put so much on/in and nearly all of it washes out yet just in 30 minutes you have a new hair colour lol

So exciting Amy!! You will suit it so much! It will give your hair an awesome effect with the old red in it. I was bright red and dyed mine a deep purple which resulted in a dark red purple, but I think yours would be more purple since your red hair has faded? Either way I know you will rock it girl! Purple will be beautiful on you xxx
