Anyone tried blow-drying upside down for volume?

Hey everyone! I’ve been struggling with flat hair lately, and I came across a tip about blow-drying your hair upside down to get that extra lift at the roots. Has anyone here tried it? Does it really give your hair more volume, or is it just one of those things that sounds good in theory? I read about it while looking into ways to boost volume, and I'm thinking about giving it a shot. Any tips or experiences would be awesome!
