I didn't even know about clarifying shampoos before I joined BR (thanks ladies!) but they seem so wonderful for getting rid of the gunk. I have really long hair so I use a leave-in conditioner most days to keep away the tangles, but I'm finding my hair just doesn't feel clean after I wash it. Do you have any reccommendations for great clarifying shampoos or any other tips for lovely clean hair?

Not sure if you've had any luck with this since you posted in August but give Paull Mitchell Shampoo two a go. You can find it on trademe for about $19.
The scent is quite lemony but it is quite a good cleanser and removes all the product build up.

I had a quick look into it to find something. These are some of the options u can use for clarifying Shampoos. Herbal Essence Drama Clean, Pantene Pro Vitamin B Clarifying. Ive heard it being mentioned on here is that Mane and Tail from I herb. Not that Ive tried it but Ive seen it been mentioned in the forum.

I can vouch for Herbal Essences Drama Clean, that's a really good product for its price!  I use it regularly :)
I like long, romantic walks to the makeup aisle ♡

Loreal have an amazing selection of clarifying shampoos a few diffrent ones for diffrent needs i use it all the time and amazing how good hair feels afterwards is a bit pricy but you dont need much as it lathers alot
