best hand gream for aging skin

What is a really good hand cream to improve the appearance of aging hands? A friend of mine gets a cream from the Dr. with a high content of Urea which is amazing but I  don't think you can buy without prescription and I don't think you can get it just for vanity.

Pat try googling urea cream. You can buy a 10% one really cheap and without a prescription.

I googled as you said Suzies world and was pleasantly surprised. I thought Cemist Warehouse would have the best options so had not checked elsewhere .Bargain Chemist has it and was not one I had thougt to check out either. Thank You.
